We ordered two banana split, but they tasted off. We saw the staff use a black, overripe banana that should have been thrown away and still served it to a customer. The strawberry sauce tasted like sour soda, and the pineapple sauce was spoiled. I had to throw my ice cream away.

Waited an hour in line, totally unorganized. Didn’t have half the topping posted. Couldn’t provided listed waffle cones because they would have to make them, and were unwilling. Will not come again and do not recommend.

Ordered a 12 inch cake roll one week before needed. I prepaid and confirmed it would be available the following Saturday. When I went to pick it up, the cake roll was not made. The cashier was on the phone with the manager attempting to resolve. End result, cake roll was not made. Cashier offered two pre-made cake rolls (6 inch each) or a refund. I requested one 6 inch cake roll and refund. Cashier was going to pay me cash for the refund, I requested a credit to my credit card. She was not trained on how to issue a credit. Cashier was put in a very uncomfortable position by management. Will probably never return.

Not sure if the staff was having a rough day, but the service felt a bit off. When it was our turn to order, the girl helping us suddenly got noticeably louder and snappy and seemed to have an attitude. Even when received our order the interaction felt so unwelcoming. We were polite, so I’m unsure what caused the shift. She looked visibly uncomfortable with our presence, which felt awkward. That said, the twist soft serve itself was solid. Good smooth texture and taste. I’d give it an 8/10. Not sure if I would come again though.

They have many flavors , Kids really enjoyed Cotton candy and chocolate chip.
They also have a really generous portion size if you order Bana Slpit.
