I usually love going to this place but as of recently. (Not trying to sound like anything) I cannot understand some of them. Their accent is thick and I find myself saying what or pardon about 4 times. They need to learn better speaking skills.

BOTH BATHROOMS are nasty EVERYDAY I go in the toilet are never clean stains inside and outside the toilets even the sinks are nasty. Every time I go in to use the bathroom the same stains are on the toilets an sink you can tell they don’t clean there bathrooms every day or even once a week..

The sign for 24 hours was on went through the drive-through and there was nobody taking orders and it looked like there was no people inside the Dunkin’ Donuts but the delivery truck was there drop stuff so I don’t know why they have the sign on if no one is going to be working

“Loaded” tots honestly don’t know how this is almost $5 half cup of tots a half strip of bacon with cheese on literally one or two of the tots. My girlfriend and I come often for just drinks and maybe a donut always get told “ok” after ordering or saying my name for pickup nothing else just static and they start the order they don’t ask you to move up tell you your total nothing. There are 1-2 people that always do but the rest are so blunt it’s crazy.

Was so excited to get a late night coffee and it was stale and old could see the light blinking that means time to rebrew said he had No Donuts n visible saw multiple trays what a disappointment

After going to this Dunkin store in Lemont on 127th and state st. for many years I was surprise that my usual bill increased so much. I looked at it and they charged me for asking for less ice almost a dollar. I pay for ice coffe not a glass full of ice, which they still filled halfway upanyway. Maybe new mangement diceded to line their pockets a little more, same a surcharge on a credit purchase in a restaurant. They cant do that so they're trying to steal in other ways.

The store isn't 24 hours. We came at 2:30am and was told that nothing was available because they close at 3am.....the employee refused our entire order. At this point why even bother taking the order. Like you close in 30 minutes.
