I stopped into Dunkinâ Donuts and immediately felt the atmosphere was unwelcomingâstaff had grumpy expressions and there was no friendly greeting. I ordered a toasted bagel and a medium coffee with cream, sugar, and an espresso shot. The total came to nearly $10, which felt steep given the quality.
The coffee was overly sweet, and the bagel was soggy and chewy, almost as if it had been microwaved rather than toasted. Overall, the service lacked warmth and the environment didnât compare to other coffee shops where customer interaction feels more genuine. Unfortunately, this visit left me disappointed, and I donât plan on returning.

Ordered a hot peppermint mocha, i received an iced drink. When i said i wanted hot, the staff said they didnât have that when it was on the menu. I even looked it up and it is on the menu. I donât recommend this location. They never get my order right.

It's a new Dunkin' Donuts experience it's not run by Dunkin' Donuts people I don't think they eat the donuts here I really don't but I really don't like Dunkin Donuts anymore because they only last about 6 hours and this place offered nothing after 4:00 like some places do cuz they're going to get stale and it was average

I usually love going to this place but as of recently. (Not trying to sound like anything) I cannot understand some of them. Their accent is thick and I find myself saying what or pardon about 4 times. They need to learn better speaking skills.

The sign for 24 hours was on went through the drive-through and there was nobody taking orders and it looked like there was no people inside the Dunkinâ Donuts but the delivery truck was there drop stuff so I donât know why they have the sign on if no one is going to be working

âLoadedâ tots honestly donât know how this is almost $5 half cup of tots a half strip of bacon with cheese on literally one or two of the tots. My girlfriend and I come often for just drinks and maybe a donut always get told âokâ after ordering or saying my name for pickup nothing else just static and they start the order they donât ask you to move up tell you your total nothing. There are 1-2 people that always do but the rest are so blunt itâs crazy.
