Please don't do this to yourself. Go anywhere else but here. First, the door was locked when I got there, forcing me into the drive through. Second, the drive through speaker is too soft to hear anyone. You also have to cross the lot to get to the window. At the window, they didn't even notice there were drinks on the order, so I had to keep waiting. Then the DT exit has a VERY tight left into an alley to get out. It was terrible. This DT only stuff needs to end.

The absolute worst customer service you will experience. You will be shocked how the employees behind the headset speak to you. It is as if before they hire their employees, they must make sure they can be rude to customers. I live close by, and every six months, reluctantly give them another chance. But it gets worse every time. I will not be going back and neither should anyone else. Do not give them your money until they change management and clear out their staff and rehire.

Of all the Dunkin Donuts in the area this has got to be the worst as far as service. Ever since they got new owners or new management the driveup is usually empty and I can see why. They dont seem to care whether your order is right or wrong. By the the time you drive off on your way to work you realize you got the wrong coffee or the wrong amount of cream or just totally wrong order. After you try to correct them they develop and attitude about their owner mistakes for carelessness or just not caring. I would never recommend going to this particular store in Lemont. There are a few others and its worth the drive just to stay away from this one on Derby and Archer across from Rosebuds..

I went through the drive-thru this morning around 9am and was shocked by the service I received. The employee with the headset who was taking orders had a miserable look on her face and did not say a single word, not even "good morning" or "hello." When she handed me the bag of donuts I ordered, I didn’t have a chance to grab it, so the entire bag dropped into a puddle on the ground. Instead of apologizing or offering to replace the donuts, she simply stepped away and began taking other orders. I wish she had been wearing a name badge so I could identify her as someone who does not deserve this job.

I also ordered a regular unsweetened iced latte for my wife, which I didn’t taste until I got home. She said it was very sweet, so not only did the employee mishandle the items I ordered, but she also failed to take the order correctly. I am appalled by the service at this location. This isn’t the first time I’ve heard negative reviews about them. I believe it's time to write a letter to the corporate office to address these issues, as what happened today is completely unacceptable.

I’ve traveled far and wide and east to west to find the worst place of eatery, but my travels have now come to an end. The mothership is before me. The stench of defeat was palpable from the moment I walked in. The employees took my soul. I was probed. I am certain that it is beneath the seemingly normal establishment that the AntiChrist lives and breathes, and while he tears out the souls of the innocent who did not make it, he spits fire and rage onto those who have escaped at a cost of eternal damnation.

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at the Dunkin' Donuts location. On Sunday at 1:00 p.m., I walked into the store, which had its doors open, only to be rudely told that they were closed.The staff member, a 15-year-old boy with a mullet haircut, didn't even let me finish using the restroom before insisting I leave. It's baffling how they can claim to be closed with their doors wide open. This kind of unprofessional and disrespectful behavior is unacceptable. I won't be returning to this location and would advise others to avoid it as well.Although the door was unlocked, and I was able to walk in, and it appears they were too lazy to service the public, they could have had human decency and allowed me and my boy to use the restroom.This is indicative of HORRIBLE customer service. I asked the 9th grader his name and he gladly, and arrogantly told me: "Nic. N.I.C".Insulting and degrading.

I walked in today and was greeted with a “Are you ready or not” and after a few minutes of reading the menu away from the counter, I walked up and was greeted with “You finally ready?” I then ordered 2 donuts and a medium refresher. After the employee tossed my donuts upside down in the paper bag, I was then charged for a LARGE refresher and did not get to use the coupon that I mentioned I would be applying to the order. I scanned my app and did not receive the points or credit for the purchase either.

This is the worst Dunking I know. Besides the bad costumer service, they ALWAYS make my drink different or they just give me what they want. Its the closest to me and I try to stay away as much as I can, but when I go hoping they have new management and the same measurements on my coffee as all the other Dunkin's … Its a big Fail again.If you are not in a hurry and need a Dunkin' coffee go to the one in Homer by Bell rd. Coffee is good there and the service is great.

Customer service had no issues with the cashier… for what I ordered, food took a bit too long to be ready which I’ve never had experienced at a Dunkin donuts before. The wraps that I got tasted like plastic and I’ve never had that issue at any other location. This location lacks on maintenance and
