They keep changing the hours. It was open till 9 like all the other Jimmy John's. but changed it back to 5pm again. Also Delivery Fee is ridiculously high. 1 sandwich is $3 fee two sandwiches is $6 fee. Both sandwiches come in one bag why do I have to pay an extra fee? Total came out to $26... for 2 sandwiches. Overpriced and not worth it.

Ordered a sandwich through the app, works at the aldi right behind it. Waits 2 hrs asking employees if anyone has came by they say no one. Call through the app “ hey I ordered a sandwich just looking for an update” this young lady says “ oh ya the driver dropped it off at the wrong address “ okay sooo what are you gonna do.. “I’ll remake you one” that’s great you should do that, but no apology, didn’t say we will give you your money back or a free item, nothing. I couldn’t leave the building hence delivery so I had an employee pick it up, he said nobody apologized to him for me so very disappointed. Also tipped the driver too ?

Ordered my sandwich through the app a couple of days ago, I work at that aldi right down the street, put in my order getting updated on when it's arriving. 2 hrs go by & I don't hear much, I'm working a 10 hour shift just looking for my sandwich I ordered. Check to see, & it says it's been delivered but I haven't gotten it. I call the number & a lady answers the phone she talks to the delivery person & they tell me they delivered it to the wrong address. Doesn't apologize, doesn't offer to take anything off my bill, or doesn't add in a free item. I even tipped the driver a small percentage. Disappointed. I was not able to leave the store hence why I ordered it for delivery.

They have wrong address posted on line when I called back to find put where they where they were located help was very rude haven't been to jjs for quite a while won't b back they used to have different kinds of bread I was only offered white and the bread was day old bread and sandwich was much smaller guests I will b returning to jersey Mike's beats jjs by far

Love Jimmy John's. Add-ons are hit and miss here sometimes. Extra lettuce is my thing and rarely get extra when I ask for it. Still top notch service though!

10 minute or 2 hour delivery? Toss a coin and take a guess. Really inconvenient when I'm at work with a set lunch time and figure they should be quick being I'm less than 3 miles down the road. Placed my order at 11:18 and at 12:48 I'm still waiting for a single sub an hour and a half later.Edit: was going to leave a couple stars but after calling to find out where my sub was at again, I talked to the GM whose response to me telling him I don't have my sandwich was "I doubt that bro" with an aditude. He told me that the driver had delivered it an hour ago and didn't believe what I was saying. The driver walked in as he was telling me that and after questioning the driver on where he dropped the order off; the manager realized the driver brought it to the wrong location at my work(big place with multiple gates, but I said what gate I was at) because it was his first day there. I understand first day mistakes but if the driver would have called to say he was close, I would have been able to see him going to the wrong place. I also really did not appreciate the manager telling me "I doubt that bro" when I tell him I still don't have my sandwich after an hour and a half and the person I talked to 30 minutes previously said it was supposed to be delivered soon.Overall good sandwiches but after ordering from them probably a dozen times while at work, I'd rather not keep guessing on if delivery will be 10 minutes or 2 hours, especially if I get deemed a liar for trying to find out where my order is at.
