Ordered a 5 piece strip meal with 2 sides and biscuit. Coke slaw has NO dressing on it. Nothing , just dry. Missing the fries that came with it. Chicken strips not even crunchy. Not worth the $11.99 paid for. Will not go to this place again!

I've been here multiple times and eaten both KFC and Taco Bell. Every time the food tastes fresh, the staff is nice, and the inside is clean. Can't ask for much more than that.

Merely making eye contact is how customers are greeted, not a single hello or thank you. A heavy set, black woman with braids stared at me as she brought a bag of food to the counter where I was waiting. As she set the bag down I asked it that was my order. I looked in the bag, commented on how no one asked what side I wanted with my order but fries were fine. As she turned to walk away without a word, I asked if I could have sauce for my nuggets. Without a word, she walked away and returned with sauce and loudly said,"No one asked him what side he wanted now he got an attitude."Shit customer service, I will never return to this location.

Good chicken is tasty and not too greasy. Cost kept it from 5 star rating as i can get a similar amount of chicken for less with just as good flavor.

I have eaten KFC at many locations but this time was absolutely the worst tasting chicken ever!I ordered the original recipe 3 pc white and a crunchy taco supreme ,the chicken was dripping with oil , then I tried taking a bite from the breast and to my surprise it didn’t taste like the KFC that I have been eating for the past 40 years. So I took my tray to the counter to let the manager know, she indicated that the chicken was cooked fresh and asked if I would take the crispy so I accepted and she gave one breast and one wing instead of 2 breast and a wing.The problem it tasted even worse! This is my first review ever! I just want the owner to be more alert and check if the employees are following the recipes guide.

I had a bad experience turn into a great one with this location! I had an issue earlier with an Uber Eats order. The driver grabbed and brought me the completely wrong order. I contacted the restaurant immediately and told them my issue with the driver. My original order was still sitting in the window, but they told me they'd remake the entire order for me fresh! Great customer service, management and friendly staff. I will definitely be back!
