The best GF cheesecake ever!!! I brought to a ladies get together and one in our group has celiac and she loves cheesecake so why not bring this cheesecake. First time trying it and we’ve even ordered it for Christmas Eve dessert. It’s plain cheesecake and then we fancy it up with berries. I will try and add photos from our next purchase

This bakery exceeded my expectations! Smelled wonderful upon arrival, super friendly staff, and they were so polite and helpful. I don't have a gluten sensitivity, but my son was turning one and I didn't want a cake filled with garbage. I was so busy, I didn't really say what I wanted the cake to look like but I was so pleased with the beautiful colors and simplicity of the design the cake artist chose. All my family said the cake tasted amazing and couldn't even tell it was gluten free. I will be a returning customer now for all my cake needs! Thanks Lia P!

My brother ordered my 50th birthday cake from here so I could have a gluten free cake. The cake was delicious and everyone loved it!! No one had the slightest clue it was gluten free. I decided to go in to see about trying some of their other GF items. The gentleman behind the counter was super friendly and very helpful. I ended up getting a few different options and they are fabulous!! I am so excited to find a gluten free bakery with great service, and delicious options! I'll definitely be back!

UPDATE2. I have rerated by review because of the fantastic customer service I received from owner concerning misunderstanding in how to prepare the baguette bread for consumption.I had also purchased their flourless chocolate cake; it was delicious.UPDATE: owner called and left message. Apparently you need to keep bread frozen and heat up in oven before use. I looked on label and this is explained so I would say I’m partly to blame, but it would have been nice to be informed of this when ordered/purchased since I never had it before.Bought their gluten free baguette. It was dry and crumbly; couldn’t even get a slice without it falling apart. It was very expensive and I would not buy again. Husband stated woman behind counter was not friendly and seemed bothered to have to wait on him. I tried to call store during business hours to voice my dissatisfaction about the bread but only received a voice message stating they were on a family vacation (this was stated as in August). I didn’t have any option to leave voice mail message.

This is the second time I’ve been in Lia P to pick up holiday goodies for my mom who has celiac. The owner was fantastic and even though I don’t need to eat GF, their cinnamon rolls and donuts are perfect for the whole group if you don’t want to buy separate desserts. Tried the donut for the first time today and I was so impressed. I’ll be back soon!

Not entirely sure what all the other reviews are talking about, but our experience with Lia P was incredible. Extremely friendly and can tell she takes pride in her work and what she has to offer at her bakery. 10/10 experience. THE PIE, absolutely phenomenal ? it was so yummy.
