this location has the worst service, the drive thru workers are so rude and refuse to look at you or hand you your receipt. every time they have messed up and i have been forced to bring up the issue, i am met with hostility. employees have literally remembered my car and parked me to make me wait longer. i work in the food service industry, i know this is unacceptable and unreasonable. whenever me or my family have left feedback, we are retaliated against in the most ridiculous ways (wait times, attitude, food tampered). i wouldn’t leave a review if it wasn’t bad, this has been going on for years. i’m leaving the review for my mom so they don’t search her up and retaliate, that’s how immature this location is.

Went here with my sister to pick up 2 separate mobile orders through the drive-thru and the incompetent lady told us she wouldn’t process both orders and that we’d have to drive around a second time. What sense does that make? She was extremely rude and argued with us and said she “had to keep the line moving”. How does processing 2 orders in one vehicle slow her down any more than processing 2 orders with separate vehicles? Absolutely ridiculous. Haven’t been back since.

The management at this location needs to be replaced! In the drive-thru, the employees almost always make you pull forward to wait for someone to bring out your food, even when there’s no one behind you. When I asked why, they explained they’re instructed to do this by their manager to improve their corporate metrics—by having customers pull away from the window, they can make their order fulfillment times better than they actually are.
Today, after waiting, I finally get home only to discover that my order is wrong—again. I swear, they mess up my simple order about 75% of the time! This only happens at the Lemont store! Just another clear indication of poor management competency, poor supervision, poor training and its often accompanied by an arrogant lack of apology or concern for the customers forced to return and have their order corrected.

This is hands down the slowest McDonald’s I have ever been to. Every time I use the drive thru, I am ordered to pull around to wait for my food. Matter of fact, I am here again waiting while writing this review with 3 other cars pulled around waiting for their food as well. I would also like to mention that there is this one employee that works at this location that is the epitome of a bad employee. He sleeps in the booths, he sits in a chair while he works the drive thru, and he always has this sarcastic/demeaning attitude when speaking to customers. He needs to go. There is a lot of change that needs to happen at this McDonald’s. On the plus side, all the employees aside from the one I mentioned previously are all super nice and really pleasant.

This McDonald’s is awful. They mess up my order every time I go here. Forgot to give me my hash brown, forgot my coffee, and they always screw up the order even when they repeat it to you. Even for the simplest orders going through the drive through, they make you pull on the other side of the restaurant and wait too long to get your food. Awful.

The food is like any other McDonalds. Where this McDonalds really stands out in is their ability to get your order wrong. Been going here due to location for the last three years and it has been disappointingly consistent in mess ups! Plain burger? NOPE we are going to make it with ketchup. Order two spicy McChickens? Nah, you on a diet and only getting one. Location, location, location. It’s the only thing going for this place.
