We ordered hash browns and decaffeinated coffee. The coffee was less than lukewarm. We were trying to explain this to the gentleman at the pickup window. He seemed annoyed and only concerned about the drive thru timings and asked us to go back around because there were other vehicles behind us. I ended up going inside to get a hot cup of coffee. For this I gave them 3 stars.

Ordered 2 fish sandwiches and 2 Quarter pounders with cheese. I recieved 2 big Mac's. Had to wait 15 minutes. Go inside drive sucks.

You know when you go to McDonald’s you always know what you’re going to get because it’s consistent. Until you go to this location. Literally never know what you’re gonna get. It’s the most inconsistent and worst McDonalds in the history of McDonald’s locations. It’s right next to my house so it’s convenient. But i will drive the extra 10 min to go to another one. The food is NEVER hot and it’s always DRY! It’s sooo annoying! And the workers have the worst attitude. Yea i know it’s just McDonald’s, but im still paying for it! So it shouldn’t be shit everytime i get it!

Placed an order. Pulled up and windows say they are “down for maintenance”. Cool, you are down for maintenance. Why are you still taking my money for orders then when you are still open online for 3 more hours??? When they do give you food, it takes ages. I usually am waiting at the door for 10-15 minutes every single time, no matter the order. Very unsatisfactory service over the past year that I’ve been going to this location.

Every time I go there its always a problem. I always get a large ice coffee. They with give me the wrong size and don't care when I told them, or doesn't know change. There's plenty of mcds i won't bother going to this one anymore
New tagline idea: “please pull around and wait for your order”. 95% of the time, they don’t have your order ready at the window, for the simplest of orders🙄

Always treat us well even with coupons, app orders, all of that. Playplace and dinner that everyone will eat. I like all the staff. We appreciate this McDonald’s.

The employees here really need to learn what “no cheese” means. They also need to learn how to count, as a 4 piece nugget is more often than not a 3 piece. The fries here are also pretty routinely bad.

I find the precision of order and hygiene to be lacking (at least in drive-thru). The last three orders we had were incorrect. On the last visit I ordered to frozen drinks. I saw an employee (who I found out to be the manager), stick her hand in the drink. When I asked for a new one she was very rude. At one point she started dunking her hand in the drink. It was a very strange experience to say the least, and I would not recommend this McDonald's.

Ordered off the app today around 5pm. Wasn’t busy.
They couldn’t figure out why my order wasn’t showing up with code. Told a email was sent to that location that the app was disabled. Canceled, got a refund in 1-7 days.
Reordered with cash. Frappes were good tho
I often stop at this location in the morning because it’s one of the few places open as early as I wake up. This is now the second time that the egg on my bagel sandwich has been forgotten, I pay for extra bacon to also be put on so I’m paying for a $13 sandwich that they keep forgetting to put the egg on. The last time I came to this location, it was right as open was happening, it took them five minutes to take my order, in which I was the only person in line, then I was told to pull around to the side and waited for even longer, and given an attitude with eye rolls when my food was given to me. This morning, I was also given a mild attitude with a disgruntled good morning, I’m not trying to be difficult. I literally just want the one thing in the morning that would make my morning happy and instead I’m met with hostility and disgruntled attitude. If you hate your job quit, because some people do actually rely on their breakfast in the morning and for it to not be from jerks. Prob won’t be back. I’ll just go to Bolingbrook going forward.

this location has the worst service, the drive thru workers are so rude and refuse to look at you or hand you your receipt. every time they have messed up and i have been forced to bring up the issue, i am met with hostility. employees have literally remembered my car and parked me to make me wait longer. i work in the food service industry, i know this is unacceptable and unreasonable. whenever me or my family have left feedback, we are retaliated against in the most ridiculous ways (wait times, attitude, food tampered). i wouldn’t leave a review if it wasn’t bad, this has been going on for years. i’m leaving the review for my mom so they don’t search her up and retaliate, that’s how immature this location is.

Went here with my sister to pick up 2 separate mobile orders through the drive-thru and the incompetent lady told us she wouldn’t process both orders and that we’d have to drive around a second time. What sense does that make? She was extremely rude and argued with us and said she “had to keep the line moving”. How does processing 2 orders in one vehicle slow her down any more than processing 2 orders with separate vehicles? Absolutely ridiculous. Haven’t been back since.
