Bartender needs to do her job and not have an additude.
The thursday night female bartender refused to serve someone because she didn't get a tip the previous week because she made the wrong shots and refused to make the correct shots that were orignally asked for. Horrible

We were there last night and a service wasn’t the greatest. Waitress over charged on several things and when I asked about it her responses were ridiculous. We had 3 kids meals which also included drinks and she charged us for three drinks. I asked why and her response is well I brought the drinks out before their meals. I’m sorry what that makes no sense. Also we got there before 5pm where I had to ask What the specials were and she said half price drafts. My husband then asked is that yuengling to and she said yes all drafts 2$. We get the bill they are 4$ and we asked her and she said oh I’m sorry those were more i said that’s not what you told us and brushed it off like it’s not her problem. Kids chicken tenders were beyond over cooked and could barely chew. We have been several times with a good experience but after last night and being over charged for every little thing i don’t care to go back.

Went for a concert the other night. The atmosphere is pretty nice; large, open area for concerts and everything was pretty well maintained. The food wasn’t anything special but the biggest issue was the bar. I ordered a whiskey and coke and there was, at most, 3/4 of a shot in it; I watched her pour it into the shot glass. I subsequently ordered doubles and there was maybe 1.25 shots in it. What a joke.

The atmosphere is great-clean, organized and well staffed. Alonzo, the manager was very welcoming, explained the menu and showed us around. He is a great ambasador for the brand, takes great pride in his work and the service provided.

Quality is going down while prices go up. Food was decent at best months ago and has declined further since then. Had to place my to-go order in person because my mom and I both called 6+ times and nobody answered. There were only 2 workers on the floor who joked that they were happy that their phones weren't working because it was "less for them to do" when we brought it to their attention. The restaurant was empty.

Got seated right away, then sat for 25 mins with no service at all. Dining area was not even half crowded. We just got up and left.

Went for a Flaw concert. It was small and intimate but an absolutely great time. I got a drum stick from the drummer and the whole band signed it. The place itself is amazing. They have bowling, bags, darts, pinball, you name it they have it. Also very reasonable priced drinks and food. Great place to check out.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have handicapped spots right by the door.
Management at this place is absolute trash. They don’t honor the specials that they advertise and they don’t respond when you try to contact them about it either. It’s a shame because the location, food and activities here are really great. I just can’t get behind a place that’s run so terribly.

Website said 25% off food on Sundays. Sign by the door said the same. Third Sunday we've come because that's not a bad deal. Well they stopped the Sunday special but didn't take it off their website or sign. The manager refused to adjust our bill saying he couldn't which is crap. It wasn't about the money it was the principle. He admitted they forgot to update their sign and website but not our problem. This is just lousy business practice. No wonder we were practically the only customers there 3 weeks in a row. I feel sorry for the live entertainment playing to no audience. Food is decent and service was fine. Manager doesn't know how to manage. We won't be back. Again....not the money...the principle.

Ordered Tuesday Taco special that staff raved about avocado salsa that was awesome. The and pork tacos came out soggy with the taco shell wet and poor choice of cheese. The tacos were not made well with too much meat and not enough lettuce or cheese. Alk you can taste is the soggy meat. Then the chicken had poor seasoning flavor choice with the shredded cheese they use as well but not soggy at least. My son wouldn't even finish one taco. I said no tomatoes and still had some peices on tacos. The water taste like chemicals they use to clean the water guns. Staff is usually on phones all the time as I have tried this place 5 times with same service each time. I only liked one dish out of five times I ate here. No consistency and the place was empty. They offered dessert for the inconvenience because the manager doesn't discount specials. My son didn't want any after loosing our appetite on taste of tacos. The staff told me they had new cook on top of it. When the bill came they added a 15% military discount and I never served in military to show an 45 cent discount. I don't think I will ever come back due to insulting people who had served in the military and the constant use of personal phones while working.

90’s trivia was super fun!!! We won 1st prize actually! Our server(Claudia)was super ATTENTIVE -couldn’t ask for better! Our only complaint was that it was super hot where trivia and games are played. Overall it was fun and we’re coming back!!!!
