i received my honey citrus tea through the drive through and when i went to go drink it, the lid was not properly on the cup so my HOT tea spilled all over me and i have a 2nd degree burn

We were waiting for 15 minutes to buy a coffee. Nobody was talking to us & they were just walking around doing nothing. Basically ignoring us. I thought Starbucks was very high on Customer Service & i’ve been a customer for almost 30 years. Never seen anything like this.

The coffee from this location always tastes watered down and is much lighter in color than other locations. I highly recommend driving to Homer Glen over stopping at this location.

This starbucks location makes the most pathetic matcha frappuccino. They use matcha as if they have to bring matcha from their home pantry. The color of the drink is light green as compared to ones from other locations that is rich green color. Always disappointed with the taste of matcha frappuccino here. Really bad job!
