We were waiting for 15 minutes to buy a coffee. Nobody was talking to us & they were just walking around doing nothing. Basically ignoring us. I thought Starbucks was very high on Customer Service & i’ve been a customer for almost 30 years. Never seen anything like this.

The coffee from this location always tastes watered down and is much lighter in color than other locations. I highly recommend driving to Homer Glen over stopping at this location.

This starbucks location makes the most pathetic matcha frappuccino. They use matcha as if they have to bring matcha from their home pantry. The color of the drink is light green as compared to ones from other locations that is rich green color. Always disappointed with the taste of matcha frappuccino here. Really bad job! If I could give zero stars I would. They are the most inconsistent unfriendly workers. The drinks that you spend $20 on for three are never the same. Today I was handed a hot caramel macchiato with caramel all over the outside of the cup put right in my hand And two other Frappuccino were all water. I will not be going back to that Starbucks. They are a waste of money and they are not friendly.

Izzy went above and beyond for me today. I had grabbed a juice. I didn't see that it was expired but izzy caught it right away and looked for a new one for me. They did not have the same flavor as it is being discontinued. :( BUT izzy made me an acia strawberry drink and just really wanted to make me feel better. And she did a great job! Izzy you are worth your weight in gold ✨️ ? However, I must critique the remodel, a very open space has now turned into what looks like a cramped subway station. It's a shame really. Can't even really face your family and friends anymore...

Didn't offer me pup cups when I had brought both my dogs just to get pup cups. Will change review when they fix that issue. I brought them just for that reason they didn't even say hi to my dogs after seeing them both. My dogs mean the world to me.
