I ordered a gingerbread chai (no changes just a basic one) and 1. Not only did they make it incorrectly with no cold foam 2. I went in and asked them to fix it and they still made it wrong. This establishment doesn’t know what they’re doing or how to make a simple drink.

It always feels good to get genuine greetings from everyone here. There service is exceptional.
i received my honey citrus tea through the drive through and when i went to go drink it, the lid was not properly on the cup so my HOT tea spilled all over me and i have a 2nd degree burn

We were waiting for 15 minutes to buy a coffee. Nobody was talking to us & they were just walking around doing nothing. Basically ignoring us. I thought Starbucks was very high on Customer Service & i’ve been a customer for almost 30 years. Never seen anything like this.
