Ordered double meat. Given half empty sandwich with hardly any meat, tons of sauce, and no cheese for my DoorDash order. If you do not want to do 3rd Party Delivery anymore, just Dont. Stop Punishing your Local Customers to try and make some sort of passive-aggressive point to another company. This was the first time I doordashed this place, because my schedule did not allow me to come in like usual...and now Im not coming back.

Insanely overpriced and false advertising. 6.99 deal has to be ordered online and it's only one per customer. So don't bother trying to order for 2 or more - or you will pay double that for their mediocre sandwiches. We cancelled our order and ate elsewhere. Subway used to be an affordable favorite and is now a total letdown.

Apparently this is their formula- to give you a bread sandwich. This was my Uber eats order and how it arrived. I call and they state about their formula being as pictured above, don’t resolve the issue, and tell me to come in to get more veggies. See the thing is I usually go to this store because the one in Lockport serves sandwiches like the pictures I posted but apparently this store is following suit. Unless you go in the store that’s when they load your sandwich up how it should be… I am so angry this keeps happening what a waste of money and time since no one ever wants to make things right I just have to deal with it. I’m about to be done going to subway if this is the quality they keep giving me.

The best subway I’ve been to!! Employees are so nice and take their time making the sandwich. Clean place too, and employees are washing their hands frequently as well. :)

This is probably the best subway I’ve been to in recent memory. The workers are great. They are not skimpy when they make the sandwiches either. Five stars. They got a nice tip from me.

Ordered curbside pickup. Wasn’t impressed what so ever. Sandwiches were soggy and leaked into the paper bag and fell through the bag. Toasted sandwiches were cold. Order process was fast but overall won’t recommend ordering through the app or this

Bring Grandkids here when they’re over. Was here yesterday (Sunday 6/4). So sorry I didn’t catch names of two girls working but SO friendly, personable, sweet, & efficient. Has been my experience here every time. Great food & service. Hidden gem in our community. Kudos to all. A DEFINATELY must try. Thank You. ❤️

at checkout cashier said 13.11$. I get home and my card was run for 15.90 something. I look and there is a 2.83$ tip added to the bill. I dont mind tipping and I frequently do, but atleast tell me or ask me about a tip. Girl straight up slid it in there without even saying and even told me the bill was 13.11, not the amount with the tip. Thats shady as hell and lying. I'll go somewhere else next time.
