Within 30 days, all we had to do was give them a call and they would refund the $500. It was a scam. We fell in love with another venue. When I contacted Big Horse, they didn't want to refund the money and gave me a dozen reasons why they wouldn't honor the refund, including that they made the promise of a refund on "good faith" that we wouldn't cancel, even though we told him we had a few other venue tours lined up. Don't give them your money even if they tell you it's refundable.

We drove over an hour to try this place and decided not to eat prior to arriving. We were going to order food but the only thing that had to offer was Butch’s pizza even though online showed different options (was really looking forward to a stone fired pizza.) The pizza came out and was soggy and limp was also stuck to the pizza pan. I honestly think it was cooked on the pan. We ate it cause we were very hungry but wasn’t happy about it. Selection of wine was either sweet or dry no semi sweet.

10 out of 10!! Big Horse Vineyard is an absolutely wonderful experience. We had our dream wedding there! We booked 2 years in advance and throughout that whole time Big Horse staff was there to help. We chose the platinum package and I tell you it is the way to go! Food was absolutely spectacular, wait and bar staff was fabulous!! Trinity was the absolute best, she was so helpful and supportive the entire experience and made sure we had everything we needed and beyond. Big Horse Vineyards and Trinity made our dream wedding a reality!!

We were at the winery for a wedding a few weeks ago. Seemed VERY unorganized. The owner was somewhat unpleasant and really made the time we were there feel like we were not wanted. I have been in 15+ weddings in venues across the US and I would never recommend this place to anyone. Hope they are just going through a tough time and can make the next group of people feel great about being customers.
