Cudos & Thank You to the Customer Service @ Lewistown's DQ. Had an unfortunate situation a week ago (last day of Scenic Drive) & they were very busy. Got the wrong order, cold food and rude cashier. The 1st time I'd ever called to complain; more concerned about food. Shift supervisor was very nice.Reluctantly went back tonight. Everyone was very professional, customer support was awesome (as I had been used to). I even bought a Blizzard - which is very unusual...
I've been coming here for over 20 years for there cakes. only to this one because they make the best Ice Cream cakes!! So yes I've sent family and friends to go here for their's ❤ :)
