Brown sugar milk tea was so good!

The atmosphere is fine, the acai bowl was not good at all. The puree is kept too cold and its served hard and full of ice crystals. Also the little plastic bowl is tiny and we got a single scoop of ACAI which is almost impossible to carve out with the plastic spoon you get. The toppings were all at the bottom of the bowl because the cup is too small to put the toppings on top. This is not what an Acai bowl is supposed to be.

I got the passion fruit açaí bowl and the vanilla chai milk tea with boba of course and it was absolute perfection. The boba itself was probably the best boba I have ever had. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!

I went to Bubble Tea Lab and overall had a decent experience. However, I did order a ramen which I found disappointing.

I got a Horchata Milk Tea which was great. The ramen I got I paid ~$10 for (with added beef) expecting a real bowl of ramen. However, it was a paper bowl with five pieces of freeze dried beef and then I was told grab a package off the shelf and add hot water.

I paid ~$10 for the same pack of instant ramen I could get at Target for $3 that I had to prepare myself.

Perhaps my expectations were too high, but if you go here just stick with the bubble tea.

had a great brown sugar boba

Workers were kind, barely any wait, the store is really clean, and most importantly the drinks were all really good. Love that the boba is kept warm and the cold foam they use.

I love this place, I have tried many places but none beats the thief flavors variety and the taste.

So first they didn't say are name so we were standing there waiting until the lady ask us that if our order is this and that. next it taste horrible, I ordered a cookies and creme milk tea and it taste like hot coco powder in milk and the tapioca was hard and it taste expired. we also got a mango tea that has the same problem with the Boba and it taste like sweet milk with a tad of mango, but I swear a couple months ago it was wayyy better. And I recommended to a bunch of people, but I won't anymore.

Tasty but comes with tons of sugar

Went here and my smoothie was very underfilled and bland. Portions looked like they came out of employee paychecks. Very disappointed.

Me and my buddies couldn’t be more satisfied with what she always recommends us she’s the best .

Please bring back the Spicy Crab Burrito!!!!!

First time tonight the smoothies are good!
Definitely will be back to try others.
