We used Catered Productions for our wedding in September 2023 at The District in Richmond, IL. They were so easy to work with and communicative throughout the whole planning process! We had a plated dinner for 200 guests with choice of of chicken al a kiev, filet mignon, or pasta as well as a walking taco late night snack. The food was UNREAL--our guests raved about everything! The staff was incredible on our wedding day--they flipped the space from ceremony to reception for us, provided swift dinner service, and were just so NICE throughout the night (our guests noticed and loved them!). We cannot say enough good things about Catered Productions! You will not regret booking them for your big day!

Catered Productions exceeded all expectations! My husband and I got married last month and we're so glad we chose them as our caterers. The owner Wan, was very welcoming and the nicest! Her and her assistant Michelle, were helping us with everything and even suggested great ideas. From the food tasting and the day of the wedding, everything was smooth sailing. Their service was impeccable! A lot of our guests came to us and asked what catering service we hired because they wanted to keep them in their minds when they need caterers. The food was exquisite, the presentation was stunning, and the staff was incredibly attentive and were all so nice. I wanted to thank Wan and the catered productions staff for making our dream wedding possible! It was truly an amazing experience! I highly recommend them for any event!

We used Catered Productions for our daughters quince. The food was delicious and the staff were great! Everyone enjoyed dinner. The helped with the champagne toast and cutting the cake. Left me plenty of time to enjoy my daughters celebration! I’d call them again.

Finally contacted Catered Productions for a party this past weekend and I have to say... My only regret is not catering with them sooner!! The food was incredible. Everyone got up for seconds and I had people messaging me asking for the info the entire next day. Wan was an excellent communicator and even called in well after hours because I accidentally kept dialing her number and she wanted to make sure everything was ok! The entire process was such a breeze and pick up went smoothly. I will 100% be catering with them in the future. Thanks so much!!!!

Highly recommend catered productions! I used them for an event recently and they were amazing. Wonderful at communication leading up to the date. Flexible and patient as I planned my first event (which I really appreciated). On the day of they showed up early, laid everything out beautifully. Handled everything food related for me during - and then clean up after. The food itself was delicious!

The food was delicious, the presentation was beautiful and the staff were energetic and professional (all supported by the positive remarks from our guests). Karen and the staff were very attentive to our needs and ensured everything ran smoothly during the reception. Wan was also smooth to work with - from providing tips throughout the process (especially given the concerns we had with accommodating both cultures), helping make updates as we tweaked our menu, and responding promptly. They catered our wedding and the experience left a lot to be desired. The food was good. The help was not. The bartender they sent was openly rude and acted like he didn’t want to be there. Multiple guests commented on it. The gentlemen was even rude to my bride and children. Had I known during the reception he would’ve been escorted out immediately. He even had the audacity to point out that he was still owed gratuity at the end of the evening. As if my bride and I weren’t going to take care of the staff. Another worker broke our cake topper and showed the owner (Wan). I saw this happen and was waiting for her to come up to us and mention it but she never did. She just placed it back on the cake and acted like it didn’t happen. Accidents happen and we would’ve understood but when we are spending thousands with your company a little honesty isn’t that much to ask. Totally unprofessional and disappointing. Didn’t let it ruin our great evening though.
Catered Productions is awesome! They catered our sons' wedding and it was a flawless event! We had a BBQ menu which was cooked on site. All the sides were great - especially the homemade coleslaw! We also had an ice cream bar which was a hit. Mike and Wan are caring owners and so easy to work with.

We had cancelled our big wedding due to COVID and I reached out to Wan with 2 weeks notice to see if they could get it done and she handled it like a PRO! She was available whenever I had any questions and everything came together seamlessly and she truly made my experience stress free. We had a unique venue and she brought such great ideas to decorate. I appreciate her working with me on such short notice to get everything done and our little wedding turned out so beautifully! I HIGHLY recommend Catering Productions. What a GEM!!! I was planning on using them for a work function and canceled due to the current virus situation and used them for a small private party instead and WHAT A HIT!!! My guests LOVED the food. I ordered the Parmesan encrusted chicken kiev, veggy lasagna, wild rice and steamed veggies!!! Everyone at the party personally thanked me for the delicious food and asked me for the catering company. They are now saved in my contacts for future dinners and work functions. Thank you CP for the delicious food.
