Avoid this location. Workers are definitely not in a hurry to serve anyone. Seems like they just wanna stand around. Only had 2 people in front of me and was waiting for over 10 minutes. Had to walk out because it would've been another 10 minutes just to be taken care of

I came and placed the order Friday March 28 and I found a hair in my chips a sticker in my guacamole small portions in my bowl with brown guacamole. I’ve tried calling the store and texting through the chat bot In the app and I even tried going up to the store just to find out their manager wasn’t there. I would happily love a refund for my order.

Worst customer service i've ever experienced.

Edit: Tried to give this location another shot several years after the first review, was given half portions on two items and the employees refused to correct their mistake and refused to refund. I’d give zero stars if possible.

This is the second time I’ve gotten burnt 🥵 chicken on my burrito bowl. Terrible service , everything tasted old , seriously this location is really bad and they always seem short staffed so the guy taking the orders is overwhelmed beyond belief .

I love Chipotle, but this particular location is awful, which is a bummer because I work near and would love to get Chipotle for lunch every now and then. The food is inedible. The chicken has yucky bad fatty pieces in it. The rice is undercooked and hard. The counter is messy and nobody seems to care about the quality of the food.

The food was great this lady accused me of using a water cup for a different drink and lied about saying she saw me do it in the reflection. I promise I actually got water but this lady went on a complete rant to me and my buddy. Do not go here the service is horrible if she is there.

I would give the service -10 stars if I could. Portion sizes were barely a quarter of a scoop for everything I got including the rice. When asked to put more on I got the same exact scoop as before with a stare down. Workers seem too busy socializing than actually working. Steak is unbearable unless you like chewing rubber. Food quality is horrible. Not going back to this location. Enough is enough.

Tried to pass shoe leather off as steak. And refused to turn the grill back on at 8:30 (they close at 10) to make fresh steak. This place is a dump. What a shame.

I was very discipline i love Chipotle but this location is bad they meat was all fat and they food was all over the place I was very unhappy

This place was decent, kind of cold inside, plenty of parking in the back. Somehow this branch Chipotle seemed tasting somewhat different, a little disappointing. Overall a good alternative to most other fast foods

Management is INSANE! She shorted me my double meat that I had paid for and then called me a liar and said she would call the cops on me if I didn't leave. Go to VH if you want Chipotle.
