Food is usually excellent. Sometimes I find the flavors not too distinctive from one dish to another, (we’ve tried many) , but my husband loves loves loves . Service is speedy both in dining room and for take out.

Definitely not the best Mexican food generally, but also in the area. The rice is pretty bland and the beans aren’t great. I also find it really interesting that I chose steak as my protein and while there was steak where I could see it, it was totally ground beef underneath. Unfortunately there were no redeeming qualities for me.

This is the best mexican restaurant in Lake County. The owners and staff are as hard working and friendly as you get. They make you feel like family. The food and portions are 10/10.

We chose this restaurant because it was closest to where we were staying and it was highly rated. We did carry out. I do have to say that the atmosphere was very welcoming when we entered to pick up the order. Everyone enjoyed their meals. I rated four stars because I thought mine wasn't very flavorful. There are a few add-ons I can't eat which would help the flavor, but that is every Mexican I eat and I have had more flavorful. It was still good for two meals. I would still recommend. By

Quick delivery service but the chips from nachos were so stale. Burrito was good.

? It's addicting ?
You need to go here and get.. the quesaBirria tacos & the guacamole! Ask for the spicy salsa on the side. Put your whole day aside, because you'll eat so much you'll need a nap.
Plus, the older gentleman, Norman that waited on us was absolutely wonderful to talk to. Thank yous.

Great food and service. Staff is all so welcoming and friendly. Haven't had a bad meal here yet. The guacamole is a must. Family owned and operated business.

Vegetarian options: They make everything to order. Can make most dishes in a vegetarian option.

I usually order from here, but on this particular day 7/13 in the evening the guy who answered the phone was very rude, he kept rushing me with my order, he continued to aggressively said "what else", this man did not have any patience at all. I'm all for customer service dmv this was not rose, I spent money elsewhere.

Parking: Shares a parking lot with a stores in a mini strip mall/town center. Not hard to find a spot. I'm sure it may be different at peak times like dinner and happy hour.

Going in: During lunch, you seat yourself. Ample seating on a Saturday during lunch time. I can see it being different at other times.

Service: Service is superb. The waitress was lovely and made sure drinks were topped off at all times. They were not hovering or overbearing. Just the right amount of check-ins.

Menu: Can't go wrong with the taco plate and quesabirria tacos. My partner ordered the quesabirria tacos. It came with 3 qb tacos and a big bowl of consomme with a side plate of toppings for the consomme (limes, onion, cilantro, and dried chili's.) They give you so much consomme with the quesabirria tacos lol. Awesome portions. I ordered the taco plate which came with 4 tacos of my choice (I went with two steak and two al pastor with onion and cilantro toppings only, on corn tortillas. The tacos by default come with onion, cilantro, and lettuce, I think... but I like it the simple way.) The 4 taco plate came with rice, beans, and Pico de Gallo. They also give you hot salsas (Verde, rojo, and a yellow/orange one) on the side (in individual sauce cups). We also ordered chips, salsa, and guacamole. The salsa and guac were really mild (very friendly to those who do not like spicy food.) It probably could've used more kick in my opinion, but that really does come to preference. The flavor was fine. My partner's only critique was that the al pastor seemed drier than the last time we were there (probably a year ago.) Other than that, everything tasted great. We had a lot of left overs to take home.

Cost: We paid ~$73 including tip, which is about $~37 per person.

Bathroom: Partner said it was clean. The light kept turning off every 20 seconds though lol. (Seemed like a timer/motion thing.) He said it would turn back on fast though. He said he would take that over a dirty bathroom though lol.

Overall, it's a solid Mexican spot. Competes with a lot of Mexican staples in the Northshore area. Great for groups and dates. You won't be disappointed.

This place is PHENOMENAL!! The Cadillac margs are out of this world! The birria tacos are the best I’ve ever had. This will be a good to spot for us. Went with a large group. The service was stellar! And everyone raved about their food. Go here!!

Chips were super stale. They charge for the chips and salsa so with that being the first impression of the food we chose to pay for the 3 chips we ate and left to have dinner elsewhere.
