One of those places I wish I knew about when they first opened! My family loves donuts, and the sheer variety and quality of these make the best gifts for them. I also enjoyed the caramel macchiato immensely. Watching them craft the donuts to perfection right there was fun, I hope everyone looking for a delicious donut stops by to take a taste!

I took 10 kids with me to Duck Donuts for a field trip. We arrived at 1:30. The young lady was so irritated to see us walk in that she didn’t acknowledge us. It was two girls working and neither acknowledged us. I asked was anyone going to help us and the young lady that rolled her eyes when we first walked in came to the register. I told the kids that we were leaving and she asked what the problem was. I told her that she was being rude and has been rude since we entered. She start yelling at me “excuse me I am tired and I have been here since 5am”. I told her that was a personal problem and has nothing to do with customers. She said “no it’s your problem cause you want your donuts”. I could not believe this young lady was talking to me in this manner. When I gave her the same energy she gave me and turned my back to her to walk out the store she yelled again “get out of my store”. Keep in mind she stopped me from leaving the first time and see that I am walking out now. I told her “you’re not putting me out because you see I am already leaving”. She start recording and playing victim and threatened to call the police. I called the police for her and waiting for them to come outside. Nothing came of it cause it was not a police matter. I sent an email informing the owner of the situation. She called me days later apologizing and saying she could not believe what she saw and heard. She sent us a card for free donuts. We went to redeem the donuts and the staff which was different was nice, the donuts were good and the kids were happy. So me and 3 kids went today and BOOM the same young that was completely disrespectful and traumatizing to us was there. She didn’t ring us up but she starred at me as if she remembered me the same as I remembered her. She didn’t speak and though we didn’t speak her demeanor was still the same unwelcoming spirit. I am completely appalled that this girl still works there after the way she treated me and 10 kids, but the service is below 0 and clearly they don’t care. I didn’t want to say the way she treated us was because of the color of our skin, but today we went early so what was the reason for the unwelcoming demeanor?

These guys reinvented the donut! I've never had such warm and fresh donuts and I've never had such a crazy selection as to where it took me a while to figure out which ones not to get in my dozen because there were so many choices. I probably could have brought home two dozen. And they are so incredibly good-tasting it's not even funny.
