The night before I wanted to grab donuts, I placed an order for pickup at 7:15 AM, the earliest time possible on the site. I arrived a few minutes early, and I saw only two customers sitting and waiting for orders. My donuts were not even started until about 7:25, and they weren't ready until 7:29. Because of that, I was late to work. When I called the next day to ask if that lateness was normal, I was told it wasn't but that I could get a refund (the other option of getting credit didn't appeal because I might have the same issue). My name and number were taken down because the person who could issue a refund wouldn't be in for another hour. Ten days have passed, and I have not been contacted.

For a donut shop, it's not bad; too much icing, too much frosting, too much sugar, Donuts are too small, and very expensive! Heart attack, or diabetic, waiting to happen! It was over $45., bucks for 2 dozen , although the place is nice and the people are pleasant!

Pros: Donuts made fresh to order, so you get them warm! Many varieties to choose from.Cons: Their donuts are on the cake-y side. Not my cup of tea. And they don't have filled donuts like Boston creams. We got there around 2pm when the place was empty. Service was prompt (duh) but I wouldn't call it warm.Since I prefer raised or filled donuts, I probably won't be coming back.

There were many visitors during the last visit. And it's not surprising, the most delicious and fresh donats in this area, which are prepared and collected before your eyes. The range is amazing.

Rare occasion of no line Sunday at 11am :) Donuts and atmosphere do not disappoint!Kid-friendliness: My kiddos love the fact that there's a glass partition that allows them to see their donuts being made right in front of them!

Shakes were melted because they sat on the counter for a half hour while our donuts were already done so donuts became cold when they were made hot and fresh, for our first experience at this place pretty bad first impression waited about 1hr in total 45 min of that waiting on shakes and
Outstanding. They make the donuts fresh (including the dough), so give yourself at least 10 minutes or call ahead. I popped in just before work and left with 2 dozen warm, delicious donuts in 15 minutes. I will definitely be back!

Probably the best donuts I've ever had. They really melt in your mouth. We tried several. Some flavors were spectacular and others just good but all of the donuts were melt in your mouth. I will return and highly recommend it.
