The sign says they close at 8:00 p.m. however, they refused orders at 7:30 and tried to tell me that they have to close early so they can leave by 8:00 p.m. as if that is normal procedure. I wish I was making this up.

Bagel was microwaved, like chewing rubber. Coffee (midnight) was sour, like the pot hadn't been cleaned this year. Definitely won't waste my money there again.

Horrible location, they close and lock their doors an hour early. I was just there at 7 and it was locked. There was a girl at the counter who say me try to open the door who just smiled and walked away... ??? Terrible. Don't ever come to this location.

Kelly 892643 Took long to approach us to take our order. Then she took my order and the 3 ppl who went after me got their donuts and drinks and I was still waiting. I ordered a small cold brew. I approached the front and a lady told me someone else would help me. Kelly then gave me attitude about asking for a full refund and no apology for forgetting my drink when I first asked and was willing to wait . She didn’t even give me my change 6.81 correctly. Instead of looking at the total she was refunding me one item at a time and didn’t think she should refund the tax.

I had stopped going to Dunkin’ Donuts however my wife wanted to try their refreshers, the cashier KAI (employee) was super friendly and helpful, she made a delicious drink, I ended up going back after few weeks for the same drink. She made it perfect. I believe quality customer service makes a huge difference. If they mess up your drink go back and complain atleast try to give them a chance to correct their mistake.

This use to be one of my go to locations, not anymore. Really disappointed in whomever does ordering. Multiple times have I been told they are out of caramel and today they cannot make lattes because they are out of milk?!? Glad another drive thru opened near by. I'll go there instead.

Absolute worst dunkin I ever go to. They probably get the order wrong 75% of the time and I really don't get anything particular or alot of things. It's just always wrong.
(Missing items, no straw, no napkins, donuts flipped over stuck to bag smeared off, as for ice coffee ans they give you hot coffee etc...)
Seems like there's new employees there every month. If ur close to another dunkin. Avoid this 1 trust me....

Gave us 2 wrong donuts…when we returned donuts, they decided to put back in donut case…so not right. I would be disgusted if they gave me 2 donuts that were returned. Throw them away!!!!!

I am caffeine sensitive, and on two recent visits I specifically asked for decaf and I’m pretty sure they gave me full caffeine because of the intense reaction that followed (shaking, nausea, anxiety). I don’t trust them to get my decaf order correct so I won’t be going back. Please just be honest if you’re out of decaf because caffeine will cause my significant distress. I ask for it for a reason.

Noor, the owner was so gracious to come to us and apologize for an issue that happened and was so kind to our children. Gave free donuts to the children as an apology and was so kind to us. We will definitely be coming back and supporting this business!
