Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with today’s services. The host had zero costumer service skills. He kept pushing my party of 8 into a longer wait time while waiting for a table to clear up but continued to seat other parties that came way after us. We waited over an hour, then were sat in the patio without a heater all because they couldn’t clear one other table to accommodate our party (there were multiple tables open inside). Once we complained about the heater not working over 20 mins, that’s when a sweet waiter vouched for us to come inside and got us two tables available within seconds! The food wasn’t any better. When we asked the manager for a discount for inconvenience, she stated there was nothing she could do. We won’t be returning. What should have been a joyful experience with my group turned into a horrible first experience at EHC. The lack of attention and accountability from the host and management was so disappointing. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Maybe because it was Saturday AM, but our service experience was quite poor. Been here several times before, but after the poor service, super LOUD environment and the mushy English muffin- I think EH will be a hard pass for us for future breakfast outings. The Liberty just down the street, or Towne Square offer better, IMO. Our omelettes were good, (wish I could have had fruit instead of hash browns, but was not offered…see service comment) but I couldn’t wait to get out of there….def not a place to linger, relax and have a nice chat.

I am visiting from Melbourne, Australia and it was my first time here with my cousins and brother and brother in law. Customer service in America is always top notch every restaurant I go to. But food here was let down for me. I had the Texas style skillet- looks good on the menu but the taste was ok for me. I am not a chili person and this was a bit too spicy for me for brunch. The mocha drink I had was too sweet. Was surprised with the cream it had on. I am a mocha person but this was wayy too sweet, it’s like hershey’s chocolate drink and no coffee at all. Still enjoyed overall cos of the company!

The restaurant did a Cracker Barrel type of remodel. Lost its cozy atmosphere. It's sad. The food was definitely not worth the price! I get better tasting and portion at The Point Pancake House in Gurnee IL! The service was good, our waitress Tina was great! Just disappointed in the food and atmosphere.

Utterly disappointed. Love avocado toast because I like avocado… this toast had thinnest layer and no avocado flavor… for the price you pay I feel this was not worth it.. kind of feel nipped.. I did ask the waitress if this is really how they make the toast (with very thin almost non existent avocado) and she said yes. I showed her the dry edges. Be menus also not clean as they had crusty food on edges.
