we have eaten here many times before. this time i ordered 2 focaccia sandwiches, the bread was doughy, cold, barely any toppings, inedible. the staff stood around talking while i waited, no other orders were being made, won't be going back. horrible

This pizza is phenomenal. There is no question if you should get it. You should. I've always been a NY pizza kind of girl. This place converted me. It's just that good. Skip the chains. This sauce alone is worth picking up a pie here.

First time eating Ganellos pizza. I ended up going with a deep dish pepperoni. This is a heavvvvy pizza. It's thick and cheesy. The sauce is more on the sweeter side. Good overall, but not life changing. I may go back.

Great lunch options. I had the huge slice of pizza and side salad. The pizza was delicious! And, the side salad I thought was a healthy option. There were many luncheon specials. You order at the counter and then they bring out the food to your table. The staff was super friendly! I'll be back!

Gave 4 stars Because of the almost 1.5 wait time. Was told would be 1 hour ten for delivery, however I understand fresh deep dish takes a while to cook just prepare accordingly:)That being said, this is the best deep dish I have ever had! Crust is so crunchy while middle is soft and flavorful. We did spinach! I am normally “eh” about deep but we will be ordering here again.The thin crust was just ok and the extra large was not that large at all.

Came here for dinner with a few friends from a recommendation. We had to wait a little longer than we would have liked, but boy was it worth it. I only live 15 minutes away and had no idea this restaurant was there. I highly suggest the pan and stuffed pizzas. Our group had both. Fresh ingredients and my favorite part was the sauce. My new go-to pizza place! They even gave us a free Italian fried dough for waiting an extra fifteen minutes.Update **** came here again this past weekend! This time we ordered for delivery through DoorDash. It’s didn’t disappoint AGAIN. Still my favorite deep dish. I also tried the thin farmers markets and it was DELISH with all fresh ingredients.

Very warm and friendly customer service- made guests feel right at home. We ordered the pan pizza with sausage, bacon and pepperoni, great flavor, mouth feel, and amazing crust! Very sauce forward and amazing cheese pull. Though Deep Dish isn't my favorite type of pizza Ganello's makes a darn good one which hits the spot. Also ordered a salad on the side, amazing croutons but the veggies could be a tad bit fresher. All in all a solid mom and pop shop to try if you are interested in a Chicago style pizza in the area!

Just recently moved here from schaumburg love the area but been struggling to find a great pizza. Done deal great sauce crust and cheese. Will be a regular.

New OWNERS. As of Feb 2022 im taking away 2 stars. Ganellos is longer my goto pizza place anymore. Still good pizza but their customer service for long time customers needs improvement. It was the best pizza and best customer service.Ganellos deep dish spinach pizza is my personal all time favorite. My ordering tip for deep dish....do not cut the pizza until you get home! Keeps the crust perfect until its time to devour.Kids love the thin crust cheese and thin crust sausage pizza. I cant get them to touch my spinach pizza and thats fine by me.We've been going here for years....too many to count. The new owners are doing such a fantastic job even during covid. Our family ordered pizza from here at least once a month.

My kids are very picky eaters and we all love Ganello's so we typically order once a week. The pizza is amazing, the portions are huge and the staff so friendly and helpful. We love it!
