I ordered a plain turkey sandwich, but there was very little turkey (see picture). If Jimmy John's keeps this up, they’ll end up like Subway, closing half their locations. I contacted corporate to ask if this is standard, but they haven’t responded—so I assume it is.

I don't think my order was taken correctly or maybe there was a miscommunication when I ordered. Not sure. Maybe he was still training. Not upset about it but thought Id mention for training purposes. Maybe repeat customers order if your confused or unclear of what's being ordered. Either way I must say as soon as I walked in I was greeted with friendly hello. There was alot of staff and maybe 1 customer in inside besides me. I placed an order to go. Place seemed clean and organized. There was an employee sweeping when I walked in. First time at this location and I was impressed. This location has a drive thru. That's a convenient bonus! Will definitely be back when I'm in the area and need a quick bite to eat.

Ordered some food through the app because they claim being “freaky fast” and I had somewhere to be, which is why I ordered in the first place. An hour goes by, I call because I was going to just ask for a refund, and she says “well it says that my driver is there, he had six deliveries”. 15 minutes later and still nothing. Do not recommend this location.

this is the greatest jimmy johns i’ve ever been to. Their GM was named Marty and he made the best beef sandwich. Some driver named “Schuster” was incredibly kind to me the moment i walked in

By far the worst Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to. My child’s bread was over cooked and hard to eat. Every other Jimmy John’s we’ve been to, we were greeted and all staff were friendly but the people working here definitely lack people skills. It was our first time at this location and our the last.

By far the absolute worst Jimmy John’s to order from every single time, my order is messed up in some way. I don’t add any notes simply just the customizations that the app allows, yet somehow it’s always messed up.
While eating my Mediterranean chicken wrap, I started chewing on something kinda elastic. Turns out there was a decent piece of plastic in my food that I almost swallowed. Yikes! This location is always pretty decent, so I’m not too upset. Stuff happens. Refund please!! lol.
