I am absolutely livid. I go to this Jimmy Johns probably once a week. They just lost a long time customer. I ordered a Little John #4 add pickles in the drive thru. I get to the window and immediately am met with a combative employee saying I ordered a Slim 4 and can’t add pickles to that. I politely told him I ordered a Little John #4 with pickles. After arguing with me he walks away with my debit card. I say thank you and take my sandwich and drive away. I look at my receipt. Charged with the wrong sandwich. So I overpaid for my little John. Plus the sandwich has no pickles but banana peppers instead. Ridiculous. I am definitely not eating this. What an absolute waste.

Editing this review:Assuming the first order was a fluke, I’ve tried a couple more times, and it’s somehow gotten worse. Today it took 53 minutes to receive my order, including over twenty minutes from the time I received the notification that “my delivery has left the store.” It’s an 8-minute drive. I sat waiting outside for my order as a convenience to the driver, but thanks for wasting my time. To be clear—I don’t fault the driver here, he was probably told to wait for four or five orders to complete and then trek all over town to deliver. This is a staffing and management issue. What’s Jimmy John’s tagline? Freaky Fast? …how about Super Slow.Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice… I guess it’s my bad for not giving up sooner. Ordered online delivery at 12:12pm. Called at 1:15pm when my order was not yet here and was told that the driver had SIX other deliveries in the area. Order finally arrived at 1:24pm. Subs so SLOW I'm freaking. If this is the busiest time of day for the restaurant, maybe you need more than ONE driver. Shouldn't take over an hour for a sandwich to be delivered.

Ordered sandwiches and sides-sandwiches left at end of counter with receipt-had to ask for my sides. Guy hadn’t tasted potato salad so no recommendation there. My sandwich was sparse on the Turkey-but place was clean. No soup come on dude this is a sandwich shop offer some soup!

Employees let me buy a drink knowing there soda fountain was down and wouldn’t be able to get a drink. Least they could have said was that it wasn’t
Poor customer service. Read all the reviews. Nothing above 2 stars. The front door is broke. You need a weight lifter to pull it open. Therefore Not wheelchair accessible.One out of 4 employees made eye contact and spoke directly abt my order. He was polite as he could be in this sound-byte universe. Too much dijon on my sandwich. No plastic knives available. Employees couldnt be LESS concerned abt getting an eating utensil.Good managers have left the bldg. Doesn't seem their delivery is doing much better, given these reviews.It HAS BEEN better.I've ordered in the past and employees were articulate, got the order right, seemed like they cared abt the sale.Not any more.Scratch this place

Terrible terrible terrible! Bread was hard as a rock and burnt beyond ability to eat. Also simply asked for the sandwich to have half lettuce after telling the guy it was for my kids and they agree on all toppings except lettuce so only wanted lettuce on half. They told me I had to order two separate sandwiches ! The quality is down and the management is clearly nickel and diming their customers. Read the other one star reviews they will be out of business soon

Who doesn't know Jimmy Johns?! They're pretty good. Make sure they cut the bread in half otherwise they won't. You don't really need to order in advance because they're so fast at making your sandwhich.

Also I asked for lettuce on half the sandwich and after disclosing to the guy it was for my kids and one of them didn't like lettuce he told me I had to order two separate sandwiches. Management is nickel and diming their customers and the quality is crap. Read the other 1 star reviews and don't ruin your lunch like I did
