When you walk in you instantly feel the ambiance, feels awesome. The ribs are a little dry but the roasted pork is out of this world!

Food so nasty I don’t see how they’re still in business, ketchup based bbq sauce on meat, no seasoning, crab cakes came out the microwave probably. Service was cool but the food is jus not good there.

Our family went there last night. Our waiter was nice enough. I order the prime rib with a baked potato. I received the wrong order waiter put in wrong. The prime rib was 90%fat and was tough. I had to ask for the Au Jus, my baked potato was raw in the middle. My daughter ordered th he pork and chicken with mashed potatoes, came with gravy no mention of gravy nor did the waiter mention it, she didn’t want gravy. Overall the food is mediocre at best. For the price I expected better. Jimmy’s Char house to be outstanding. We will not be going back anytime soon.
