We just hosted a 50th anniversary party for my parents at O’Tooles and they knocked it out of the park! Eric was such a pleasure to work with and made the whole process so easy and fun. Everyone kept commenting on how beautiful the upstairs area was and how great the food tasted. I highly recommend hosting a party at O’Tooles Libertyville!
The food was great however our server, Zach was awful. He was rude and inattentive. Our food came and we had no utensils. We had to ask another server for them as well as our drinks. When he came with the drinks, he said I told you I was coming with your drinks. When we asked to have separate checks he said we should have told him when we sat down. We felt like we were an inconvenience
This was our first visit to the Libertyville O'Toole's, and it was quite nice. We ordered 3 appetizers (reuben egg rolls, a giant pretzel, and nachos) to share among five persons. Each was very generous and tasty! As a result, some of us ordered smaller entrees, like soup (French onion was terrific), and others took home leftovers. The restaurant was moderately busy so the ambience was quieter and cozy in the main dining room, not far from the bar. We will definitely...
