Horrible service, horribly rude staff. I will never set foot it there again. They don’t deserve your business. So many better options out there!

I was there for a work event... the establishment looked beautiful on the inside... I wasn't impressed with the food and I was disappointed with one a staff member who picked a serving spoon off the floor sat it on the table, she proceeded to go to the kitchen to get more which was good. However, when she came out she placed the new serving spoons on the table, grabbed the serving spoon that she picked up off the floor took it to the other room where the other food was set up and placed the spoon over there. I know this because she walked back out that area with no spoons in her hand. I politely went and grabbed them gave them to our organizer and explained what myself and another coworker witnessed.

The food was mediocre. The chicken was dry. The pizza crust was sub par. The sliders needed cheese. The deserts were good.

There are multiple dine in options in one place. It has classy Italian restaurant, American bar with live music on Saturdays and SpeakEasy option.

Honestly I am unsure of how this place is in business. I rarely write reviews but I feel that it's a disservice to society not to at least mention my past few experiences. I have been three different times. Service has never been anything above average, the food is mediocre at best and is often more of a bland freezer-burned straight out of the fryer experience, and the draft beer all tastes... bad... which I can honestly say I have never complained about in my life. It's as if the lines have never been cleaned. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else... anywhere else. It just isn't worth it.

Good place. As a beer drinker, I see Bourbon County for $7 and my eyes light up. You guys do not sell bourbon county, nor is it an IPA

A wonderfully good surprise! I met my family there for one of our sons best friends. I arrived late and the gluten free meal that was especially made for me had been eaten. I was ok with it. However one of the two hosts Jennifer told the staff and within 15 minutes I received an amazing piece of grilled chicken, veggies and really good pasta and super tasty sauce. The others who had non gluten free food were raving about how fresh it all tasted. The space is very large and it’s perfect for parties and celebrations. Really friendly staff as well. Oh yeah the pizza couldn’t stay on the table. It was that good I hear.

The first time I went here, it was dead but the service was great. Our waiter was really attentive & the food was pretty decent. I decided to come back a few days ago, but nobody was at the front to seat us so we were waiting for a while even though it was dead. Once we were sat the waitress immediately asked if we knew what we wanted knowing we hadn't had a chance to look at anything; when we asked for some more time she whipped around angrily and walked away without saying anything & rolled her eyes. She was so rude, I won't be giving this place another try.

Went there for the Super Bowl, it wasn't full at all. Sat on the tables next to the bar and we saw the bartender taking tables so we thought they were short staff and waited around 20 minutes for someone to bring us menus. We noticed the bartender went to check on 3 other tables around us, even saw me looking at her and didn't even approach me to ask if we needed something. Then, 10 minutes later, a new table sat down and she INMEDIATLY went there to take care of them. Weird thing is that we were the only latinos in there... We literally had to go to the bar to order our food since she didn't seem to care enough and ended up moving to a different area. The staff in that area was super nice and friendly.
