Worst starbucks ever...several times they gave me peach tea instead of unsweetened green tea when the manager was informed she acted like she didn't care. The staff are extremely rude when I go in there. I asked for water with strawberries in it and was going to be charged 5 dollars. This is sad I don't advise anyone to visit this starbucks their customer service is out the window!

This is the only Starbucks in Lake County that knows how to make an iced matcha latte with oat milk THE RIGHT WAY!!! Not only are they always fast, they ALWAYS make my drink right, and if I make the mistake of not specifying if I want my drink hot or iced, they gladly remake it. This has been my favorite Starbucks for 3 years I hate going anywhere else. Both the morning and afternoon staff are always friendly, whether it’s drive thru or going inside, it’s always a pleasant experience.

The stars are for the store manager that I forgot to get a name of. She showed genuine care for my request to get a refund on my Starbucks card. Though I still haven’t gotten my refund despite talking to corporate, I just want Starbucks to know that you are nothing without your workers’ hard work especially someone like the store manager here.
My drink wasn't what I ordered. Asked for no foam and for it to be heated to 180 degrees. It was lukewarm and there was foam.

Ordered 2 frozen drinks in the drive thru and by the time we were by the window, line was moving horribly slow, our drinks were half melted and rushed through.
