Honestly the best chipotle I’ve been to. It’s so much better than all the others for some reason

Chipotle will and always be my go too comfort food for going out.
Unfortunately I visited when they were closing within 30 minutes.
They would not offer fresh corn salsa (allergies). Their filter's for the watermelon and other non fountain drinks (the new drinks?)
Filter's/ how they're made definitely caused an issue with my allergies.

All of the people there were amazing though; the one making my burrito bowl should have washed their hands and the changed gloves.
Neither of the other people on the line followed.

This place used to give reasonable portion of food compared to another location nearby. However today I am really surprised by the meager amount of food and wrong protein in my order. I ordered pork with fajitas with extra rice, I got chicken with little rice with no fajitas.

I went at 7.30pm to order 2 rice bowl. Most of the sides were not there. The person who served was little rude. They said every was over before 40 min. Not happy. Will never go again at this lication.

I’ll never go back to this location.

Today I purchased the most undercooked brown rice ever. The rice was hard! How can you serve this? The rice is beyond crunchy! It’s like they don’t care about their customers.,I’ll never go back to this location.

It’s the closest Chipotle to my house and every time I go there there are issues with the food. The owner/ management at this location is incompetent. Did I say I’ll never go back to this location?

This place is the worst of all the chipotles around here. They screw up almost every single time. We go there every few months to see if anything has changed. Nope!!! Example - last time they packed guac on the side in front of us but forget to put it in the bag… 😒

If you plan on doing takeout, this location seems to not use the designated pickup location and prefers to place the orders back by the kitchen and wait for you to ask. I waited for 30 minutes and finally got my food. When one employee asked another if there was a cup in the bag, the response was, "I dont know that was a half hour ago." Might as well have just ordered once I got there, but got burned by trying to be efficient. At least the food was still warm.

Such a let down! The quality of the food at this location is very poor and lazy! The guacamole ended up just being huge chunks of avocado. A steak burrito only having 4-6 pieces in it?! Insane! Won’t be back here.

This location is amazing! The food is great and so is the cleanliness! By far the most amazing staff! Also a fabulous place for people to work. The managers value their employees as well as the corporation in general. This was my daughter’s first job, they taught her how to work hard and that hard work pays off! Especially for kids with their first job, this can set the tone for the way they view being employed… grateful that my daughter’s first experience was here! She loves working and has a great outlook on life because of this experience!!!!!! Thank you Tia, Alexis and Kyle!!!

As I walked in zach and sahsa were cleaning the counters. I believe one scoop of rice or meat is enough for me. The portions were spot on.
Good staff clean environment. Better than wheeling location.

We have been going to this Chipotle since 2015 and this one is hit or miss, sometimes you get q wonderful meal and sometimes it’s either not seasoned well or made too much spicy or spoiled guac or very less quantity …. Although we keep going here as this one is nearest to our home😩.

Told my coworkers that lets try this chipotle since the other ones was so dirty and was disappointed food very un appealing and here the workers standing talking not helping customers
Dinning room very dirty
Guacamole very brown
And horrible customer service
At 2pm.
Bathroom hats Nats where and smelled very badly. I would not give this place 1 star.
