Chipotle was messy, tables dirty, open tables throughout…but all were just dirty! The place was dead, and employees had plenty to do from the look of the disaster, obviously not doing anything. You know when they have phone orders, they did not, cause see them putting food together. The food wasn’t tasty, the rice was ok, the chip and guacamole was so small. Its was not like the city’s Chipotle! Hopefully they were just tired from a long day, it was an hour before they closed. I was disappointed with the portion size too! The city give a bit more then that!

Never get my moneys worth here. I receive small scoops of meat (Which is at most Chipotle) and even rice when I come here. But they make sure to fill the bowl up with lettuce though.... I've never been to a Chipotle that conserves on rice until I came to this one! I feel like I just paid $10 for a bowl of Letuce and corn...

We ordered double chicken and when we got home hardly and food on top of that we found a paper clip in our food. Went back and Gabby told me to call an 800 number that connected me with the Philippines customer service. My boys eat at Chipotle 3-4 times per week. Will eat somewhere else from now on

Do not go to this chipotle if you want your order right or on time, honestly way worse than the lake cook location, just go there if you have to. Chipotle is headed downhill super fast.

When I ordered a burrito, the girl who ordered had a sad face. When I received the order, I saw that she had prepared one burrito out of two not carefully, did not label which one and the wrap was peeking out of the foil. Then I returned this one. My husband ate the second one and after that 20 minutes later he found himself on the toilet with severe upset! There was also a bone found in the chicken that almost broke a tooth when he chewed!!!!!
The taste was fresh and amazing! I've gone to other chipotles and the rice always tastes stale/old but this place did not disappoint. The food was made above my expectations. Chicken burrito 10/10!

My family had placed an order for $117.28. Every single item in the order was incorrectly topped. The service was absolutely horrible when I went in the second time to resolve this issue, so bad that I had to make a yelp account just to make this review. The manager was defensive and tried to blame the customer instead of at the least apologizing. I have read multiple multiple reviews about how shitty this location has become, and it is well known in this area that the Lincolnshire location absolutely SUCKS. Do yourself a favor and drive an extra 5-10 minutes to the Vernon Hills or Deerfield location and avoid this place all together. This location needs to close.

The guac was pretty good today, perfectly salted. I also decided to get a large drink with my chips, and when i went to procure my sip, i felt like i was sucking on a nipple. It wasn’t necessary unpleasant, however i believe as a family restaurant, chipotle should introduce longer straws.

I went for a walk looking for someplace to have lunch. Passed several places, but then saw this Chipotle. I have a Chipotle gift card so I decided to order from them. Has trouble with the app. I had rewards but the app wouldn't let me use them. But I did order the chicken burrito. It came with the ingredients I had selected.The food was good and filling.
