Went through drive-thru. Service was quick and coffee (iced shakin espresso and frozen psl) was good. BUT our food was cold!! I understand that the food is made beforehand and warmed up but the ham in my croissant still felt frozen! The sausage in my husband's wrap also felt ice-cold. Will not be going back anytime soon.

The cashier about how loud the intercom was. But she wasn’t listening just kept talking over me. They barely can speak English. It’s frustrating. Don’t recommend this location. Go to another one.

Been to this Dunkin location many times and my order always seems to be given to me incorrectly no matter how clear I state myself and always have to double check my order before leaving. I shouldn't have to do that all the time, but I have no other choice at times because this is the only location closest to my work.

At approximately 6:55 AM, I went through the drive-thru and ordered a turkey sausage, egg, and cheese croissant. When I arrived at work and began eating my sandwich, I was shocked to discover a piece of wrapper inside it. I immediately took photos and discarded the sandwich.
Unfortunately, due to being at work, I was unable to return to Dunkin' Donuts in person. I did attempt to call twice but received no answer.
I am extremely disappointed and disturbed by this experience. I've never encountered anything like this before, and it's upsetting that it happened now.

Hate yo make one star reviews but, its hasn't been the first time that this happened to me, on my way to work I sometimes stop and grab some coffee and a bite so I can have some breakfast and when I get to work and I open my order or I look at my coffee there's always something wrong, this time i have to let you guys know that you been messing my last thee orders and running my first mesl of the day, i tried to called to let you know about the mistake and see if i can stop by later and get a new one but nobody answered the phone, great way to start the day, no breakfast and 13 bucks thrown into the garbage

Some of the folks that work here have serious issues… Customer service definitely needs improvement!
The manager and employees were incredibly rude. They did not even give us the right order did not give us our full order and were incredibly rude when we were trying to get things figured out. I promise you, you want to go to a different location.
Asked for a Decaf in the drive-thru and got a caffeinated one instead. Tried to explain to them but only received arguments and rejection unless I repaid. If they can’t understand you at the drive thru, you are screwed. Go elsewhere for better customer service.
It's a dump ! Not clean . Why put a donut shop in a dirty building? State needs close it down .
Rude “customer service”. Gave me a bitter coffee and then proceeded to tell me I would have to pay extra for the pumps THEY shortened me. Comical! She must’ve been having a bad day and wanted everyone to experience the same. If you don’t like your job, quit! Why be a horrible person just because?
