My family and I went though the drive thru at around 11pm last night and incountered the same rude short Hispanic lady manager with blonde hair that everybody else with a negative review seem to be talking about. We ordered though the McDonald's app and confirmed it was the right location. She first claimed there was no order, then claimed we didn't complete the order, to finally blaming us for ordering from the wrong location. After a brief argument, I showed her my phone to prove that everything was correct on my end, to which she now claims the order was cancel and I won't be charge to it. I would've been fine with that but when I got my phone back I saw a charge on my cc and requested a refund. She then flips out and said that is between you and your app or cc company and completely denied all accountability. I told her I will be calling corporate on her and ask for her name. She admittedly refuses to give her name and stated why was that necessary, and began closing the drive thru window and completely walked away. We sit there debating if it was ultimately worth calling the police for something under $10. In the end, we thought it was not worth our time and energy and drove off. Terrible terrible customer service! I won't be coming back!

We placed an order on the app. We had to turn back and ask for an exchange on our shake because it was made wrong and our Coke was flat. As we tried to explain to the drive thru employee, she kept cutting us off and asking what we wanted her to do. We tried to ask them to remake the shake, which they did. But when we told them about the soda the woman was rude and said okay and what she was supposed to do. We tried to clarify that we just wanted to let them know and if we can get a different soda. We asked for sprite but she seemed confused so we asked for HiC. She left the drive thru window open and proceeded to say each soda is worth 7 dollars and how many drinks are they going to waste in Spanish. I asked her what the issue was if we paid for our food. She pretended to not have said anything. Then her manager came and gave us just as much attitude and dismiss us. I understand why this McDonalds has so many 1 star reviews.

The absolute WORST drive thru of any McDonalds. You are guaranteed to receive the order incorrect. The drive thru staff is rude over the intercom and then give attitude when you point out your order is incorrect. Avoid this McDonald’s and drive a mile in any direction to another one.

Went to a drive through at the middle of the night. One man holding down the fort. Got us the light sauce and unsalted fries. Took awhile but hey he got it. Give this man a raise

December 11 around 10 pm , went through drive thru and tha lady who took my order was rude and very unprofessional. it was a manager with blond hair. Im in the food industry as well and im certain the way she does things there are not right. Food was hot and tasty but due to the lack of costumer service and hospitality skills im giving this place a one start. A "hello" or a "welcome" takes 2 seconds to say. And when you get the food a the window, a "hi, here is your order, thank you have a agreat night" could make a big difference.

I was in drive thru. I ordered 2 drinks and when I got to the window to pay. I had to use change because I didn't have my card on me. Because I as counting the change to give it to the lady she made a complaint because she had a line behind me. She was so rude. Money is money regardless.
