The best,right down to all the food, which all of their food is incredible... however this particular location stands alone!!!In a ever changing,multi faceted business competition,you had better know what you are doing!!!! Management outstanding is the very least of all the wonderful things , I would like to convey!!! Kristen , has the skills, that went over the top! She was so interested in everything we had to say! There was no rushing us off the phone. There was no I don't have time right now....call back another time. There was only phenomenal customer care,!!! The kind of care that keeps this Chef for over forty years and Her lovely hubby bragging preaching and writing reviews, which I don't like to do ,but her attention to detail,and the amazing food!!! Wow sometimes words are not enough.... She cares about all her customers period!!!! Please visit this location, and fan the flame on this lady! Very disappointed. We went there on a Saturday evening and the restaurant was empty. We ordered a kids meal and they just kind of slapped a small handful of cold fries in. We then ordered a plate for twice as much money and the plate had about the same amount of food as the kids meal. When we asked for more rice and meat, they refused. There was just a sense of lack of care as they were preparing our food. The chicken tasted processed to me. The fries were cold. The garlic sauce was good. I had seen their ads and was looking forward to going. I’m going to try another town and see if it was only the store or whether it’s the whole brand that’s disappointing.

Easy to navigate menu, everything tasted really good. The staff was all very friendly and helpful, and the location was very clean. I will definitely make the drive again when the craving hits.

Haven’t been to Naf Naf in several years and things have changed, not for the better. Shawarma was not sliced fresh like it used to. Beef was frozen and out of a plastic bag. Very pleasant staff, the food was less than memorable.
The quality of meat and food is not good for the price. The price of a bowl comes to $17 with very little portions of food and options. The sauces are also nit yummy. Don't waste your money.

Dined here for the first time in 5 years. Ordered a plate. While most items were pretty good I received very small portions and the total was over $14. It is now a terrible value and I can’t imagine that they can stay in business given the high cost and small portions. They should just shut down.
