Typical Cheesecake, very reliable. Love the skinny menu for high protein low carb meals. Also, I love the starter salad with their balsamic vinegrett.

Worst service I've experienced . I usfordid it get he gentleman's name but regardless I was extremely disappointed

Love going to the Lincolnshire site. You are treated a lil different than South Side. Today, I enjoyed 2 chefs making the same dish 😋.

Food was good but expensive. Not sure u will go back.

I'm not the biggest fan of national chain eateries in general, but as far as those go, Cheesecake Factory has been a longtime tried and true, go-to solid place to enjoy a good meal (and indulge in amazing cheesecake, obviously!). The menu selection, if you've never been, is insanely huge, both for meals and desserts. So there's always something for anyone at the table.

I have my usual rotation, but occasionally I'll branch out and try something new, and I've never been disappointed. I most recently tried the Thai noodle dish and it was so tasty I cleared the large bowl (and I can rarely finish anything there, as most portions are very generous). My usual is their impossible burger, and it's one of the best burgers I've ever had, plant-based or cow-based! Service is usually great, the latest trip on 5/27/25 no exception, as our server was super friendly and fun. And last but not least, the cheesecakes are insanely delicious. Most are pretty rich, and personally I have to enjoy them over 2 or 3 nights as opposed to one sitting. But I think that's part of the fun and also makes your $$ work better for you. ;)

Host, she was nice and the food was amazing. The waitress Dajah was not so great wasn't at her best figure she was tired from a long day but turns out she seem like she didn't wanted to work or didn't wanted us as her customer. Didn't say hi or anything rude taking our drinks and food order, so we tip base on her service and it wasn't great that didn't stop her from talking to coworkers about our 25 dollars tip which I think it was realistic seem the rest of my party wanted to leave 10 because that's how rude she was. We tip based on service, not how much the bill is.

Oh, and it was my 2 of my family birthday so thanks for that

It's so frustrating that you have to make an member rewards account online just to make a reservation. Now I'm going to get spammed with marketing emails just because I wanted to make a reservation one time. I can't think of any other restaurant that makes you do this.

Wow, I feel ripped off. $30 for “shrimp scampi & steak Diane” which was more of a mash potato mushroom soup with pieces of meat in it. The menu claimed it was 1700+ calories but I would be shocked if it was even 200.

3 pieces of shrimp & like 4 pieces of meat. It definitely wasn’t what a sane person would call a steak.

I had a nearly $200 dinner delivered to my dad's place for his 89th birthday. His favorite dish shrimp scampi. You guys did not send it with my fully paid heavily tipped order. I got to admit the choice I had of a refund versus you coming back out. Wasn't much of a choice because we didn't want to wait an hour for a birthday party. You guys really messed up. You owe me one and I mean you owe me one. It was embarrassing

The bread and butter is great. Started with the korean cauliflower. It looked like chicken. It was crispy and delightfully addicting. Then went for my usual chicken parm sammy. Great crispy french bread and was not overwhelmed by the tomato sauce (which usually sogs out the bread). Havent been here in awhile but when I go the food is always consistent.

My two friends said they were disappointed in their food. Said it was meh. One was the Cobb salad the other was a club sandwich. My salad was really good.

I've never been to The Cheesecake Factory before. Me and my boyfriend stopped here for my birthday and it was amazing! Firstly, our server, Laura, was super attentive and sweet.

Even though we got a couple slices to-go, she still helped make it feel special by giving me a little dessert with a candle. Also, her recommendations for food were spot-on; the Farfalle with Chicken was delicious, and the Fish Tacos were so flavorful, too!

The drinks -- Mai Tai and Moscow Mule -- were tasty, as well.

Will definitely be returning! Thank you for the memorable service Laura and for a great birthday dinner!

This location is exceptionally bad for their service every time I been there. The waiter took our drink order right away, and didn't bring water when asked twice, finally by the third time asking for water, it was finally brought to us. She was also not friendly at all and was acting completely miserable the whole time from the moment we sat down. She took 20 minutes to come back to pay the bill (after she already dropped off the check), she was talking to other coworkers instead of attending to her tables.

Overall the food was pretty good, but their servers need better training.
