I went to dinner with my family and everything was excellent. The service was great, the server was very nice, and the customer service overall was outstanding. The food was also really good.
We arrived around 5pm on a Friday night and the place was still half-full. However, it got very busy by 6-7pm. We got a nice outdoor table on a patio overlooking the lake, very nice view! The food was delicious, as expected (it's not our first time here), the service was good although I can't say excellent because I had to remind the server of our requests a couple of times. The server was polite but not going out of her way, but that's okay, we still had a good...
I'm not the biggest fan of national chain eateries in general, but as far as those go, Cheesecake Factory has been a longtime tried and true, go-to solid place to enjoy a good meal (and indulge in amazing cheesecake, obviously!). The menu selection, if you've never been, is insanely huge, both for meals and desserts. So there's always something for anyone at the table.
