Celebrated our anniversary here and could not be happier with the food, drinks, and service! Anna was our waitress and she was over the top and always attentive to our needs. We felt so special celebrating our first anniversary and wouldn’t have done it anywhere else. Thank you!!!

I once stayed at Marriott Lincolnshire on a business trip and discovered what a fine restaurant they have. So now I go back there for a meal even when I’m not staying at the hotel. Excellent food, service, and a nice view of the grounds — so a good place to eat whether you’re dining with company or by yourself. My server Anna deserves a special mention. Her recommendations on the main course and dessert turned out perfect for me, and she provided the right balance of attentiveness and discretion so I always felt well taken care of without excessive attention. Highly recommend!

Went here for dinner on a weekend and was a little disappointed. I get what they are trying to do but Three Embers misses on a number of fronts. The ambiance was nice and the open kitchen concept is cool but other than dessert that was the best thing about the restaurant.
First, the food plating is confusing and the portions are small as other reviews have mentioned. I ordered the filet which came with a tiny portion of cold and bland mashed potatoes. The asparagus was put in the steak sauce that came with the meal. Why I don’t know, so if you don’t want steak sauce on your asparagus then too bad. The steak itself was not bad but very small for the price. At these price points there is little to no value. My wife had the ribeye which came with a strange hodgepodge of sides: a pile of cabbage on top of the steak, half an ear of roasted corn and some kind of Mac n cheese that supposedly had mushroom in it. The cabbage on top of the steak I suppose was to hide the fact that the meat was tough. The Mac and cheese had an odd taste and texture to it. Very skip-able flavor. The roasted corn is called “Mexican street corn”. Their “Mexican street corn” was clearly named that by someone that has never had actual Mexican street corn. Overall the wife was quite disappointed.
Our server was really nice and personable but the entire time we were there no one came by and filled our water. Eventually I had to ask the server for more. At these price points I fully expect there to be a water server or busser that fills water without you having to ask. The manager (?) stopped by our table to ask how things were. She didn’t even stop just kind of walked by slowly so I didn’t bother her as she clearly wanted to be somewhere else.
We got a hummingbird cake for dessert which was actually very good. I would definitely eat that again but I don’t think I can suffer through the main course to justify it.
Overall I doubt we will be back

We live local and Three Embers is in our rotation of go-to spots. The seasonal menu changes and always have fantastic choices.
The one constant is the server Anna, she is amazing and keeps us coming back!
Presentation was better than food. Not that the food was bad. The filet was good. The fish was nice and so were the scallops. Appetizer hummus platter was small and hummus was a bit watery. The menu is small. Limited selection of beers. The vine list is nice. No hard liqueur on the menu but I guess you can ask.

It was my first time eating at Three Embers and it was a great experience overall. There was some confusion initially with our reservation but we were still seated rather quickly. The decor was themed to the show and was beautiful! The staff was attentive and very friendly. Everyone came by and made their rounds to check on the table including the managers and chef.
The drinks and appetizers were amazing: falafel, bread and butter, wine, and Dragon fruit cocktail
Entree: the Sea bass could have had less of the garlic butter sauce and more of the sweet pea puree but I guess that's preference... also, the salad component on the side was unnecessary and the dish would've been great without it.
The trio was mediocre: the steak was great, the sous vide Chicken should have been grilled, the shrimp was covered in unnecessary Parmesan crumble which ended up all over the whole plate (both the steak and shrimp both had a lot of it), there were brussel sprouts on the plate not listed in the menu which I would have substituted because I cannot eat them, also the corn should have been a half or full cob for the price ($71) rather than a third of a cob.
Desserts: had the Elvis Chocolate Mouse, suggestions would be more bacon flavor on the peanut topping- couldn't taste bacon at all, seemed like the peanuts were rancid, needed more whipped cream and bananas, but the chocolate mousse was delicious and so rich.
Overall the parking was easy, seating was fast, decor amazing, food was delicious, service was fast and smooth, and staff was welcoming.

I know his lovely place keeps a line out the door on most weekends, but we landed here the Saturday after Christmas and what a pleasant experience. No line, food was great, service great. Price is great! Definitely will come again and I'm considering staying at the hotel itself for a whole staycation maybe during the summer.

Went after the Sunday afternoon Marriott theater Christmas special Program. One friend had turkey burger special. The other friend had regular hamburger. I ordered mushroom stroganoff Which was very disappointing. It was served in a wide bowl , but only filled about half of it. I only had about five bits of mushrooms which I had to search for. The wide noodles were stuck together. I would have sent it back. But I did not want to embarrass my companions. Certainly was not worth twenty dollars.

The place has changed a lot, post pandemic. Gone is the elegant atmosphere of Ice Sculptures and Music. Gone is the huge buffet with many options. Thet had an omlett station lined up 10 deep. Many items on the buffet table were slow to be refilled. Tables were very close together. Staff was scarce. We had a party of 12 and everyone came to the same conclusion. Not going back.

I got to the restaurant as the door opened. Food was okay, service was okay, but I had my sister with me which made the experience great.

Went there with my boyfriend before a play. The food was amazing, my Boyfriend called the chocolate mousse cake "the epitome of happiness". The service was great, some of the best I've had. Habib, our server made us laugh. Our table had a great view as well. definitely Recommend.
