Waited 10 minutes to be served when we where the only 2 people in there. Once we where waited on we had to repeat our order 3 times so the young girl could understand us. When we received out milkshakes they where watered down and warm, not got at all, expecially for 8 dollars a shake. Go somewhere else.

Ordered a peanut butter N chocolate shake and I got all watery not even filled up to the top shake that was not even a shake it was all cup of milk. Not good will not recommend someone. other than that the egg and cheese sandwich was good. Vibe zero,

Absolutely horrible experiences the past 12 days! Today was the last straw. I have ordered almost the same thing every time I have come in and they have screwed it up each and every time! So yesterday they screwed it up once again, and I finally demanded a refund. I had not asked for a refund the previous times because of time constraints. They have NOT refunded me. So when I went in to check as to why the money was not put back on my card, they simply said there was nothing they could do, and gave me excuses. It was a $24 order, that they have screwed up three times in the past 12 days and they can't/won't fix it!?! wow, great customer service! First you serve me something I tell you not to, next you refuse to actually refund my money...this place is horrible, the attitudes suck and they cannot even get a basic order right!
Dietary restrictions: Horrible and they do not pay attention to you when you tell them not to put something on stuff(eg, NO eggs on a sandwich).

The small chocolate shake that cost $7 was like whipped whole milk. It was basically just runny liquid that was filled with air bubbles. It was so bad, I'm not sure if they even used ice cream. Definitely not worth the price, especially for a small

Disgusting, dirty, unsanitary. They don’t use gloves when handling food and use the same hands to handle money. All the the things they have are I fresh and old. When ordering ice cream from there the sprinkles look and taste disgusting and the gummy bears are rock hard. It’s been the same for the past 5 years. There has never been a moment when the toppings have been fresh. Chances are it probably hasn’t been changed at all since the past five years. To add, the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting it’s like they haven’t been cleaned in years. Smells disgusting even with a mask on and the toilets look like they’ve never been touched or cleaned with toilet paper on the ground. Would not at all!!! I do not recommend coming here.Edit: I read through the other reviews and I would like to add they constantly mess up orders and tend to be rude. Drive through/manager guy cannot get an order right to save his life, plus the attitudes just suck at that place. Considering the environment is absolute trash I don’t blame them.By the way, to this day I am pretty sure they’ve reused the same sprinkles for years because they’re even more faded and stale.

$6.99 for a small cappuccino blast? Nah. The national retail price for this as of July 2022 is $4.69, they charged me $6.99! I should have refused to pay it but I already had the drink in my hand and my mind Was already drinking it. Be aware. Find the next BR.
