Update: the store reached out and told me to email them which I did and I never heard back. They make it sound like they want to make things right on people's reviews but don't follow through.
We order from here pretty frequently and are never disappointed with our order until tonight. We decided to order the loaded tots and what we received looked most unappetizing. It looked half eaten, overcooked and unfinished. And tasted subpar at best, we will not be ordering these again.

This particular order that we had today was just terrible. Thin crust pizza that was ordered arrived moderately burned. We also ordered baked pasta that was super overspiced. I understand, sometimes you might have a lot of orders, but cmon, missing an item (parmesan bites) that we paid for is a little too much nonsense for a single order. Nobody called us, whoever left the pizza by our door didnt even put the receiptā¦ I dont need your free pizza coupon
8$ tip by the way didnāt help whatsoever. 58$ order just went to trash bin. What a pleasant saturday night experience

Ordered on friday evening, family hungry, no time to prepare dinner..when we ordered it said 26-36min. Got there on time and took over an hour. No apologies, they dont care.
The pizza was very nice, attractive offer, but could not enjoy.
Kids were crying at home. Never happened to me at pizza hut Something there must be fundamentally wrong.

Iād give this place 0 stars if i could. My husband went there at 9:30 pm for a pizza. Half cheese. Half pineapple & Ham. The worker did half pineapple & half bacon. Not even close. We called to try and make this right and the manager told me āhe doesnāt really careā & got sooo defensive over their mistake. And the first guy we talked to couldnāt stop stuttering. Get off the dab pens and give people what they pay for. & when u make a mistake be kind about it as now we donāt have dinner. Thanks a lot. Will never get this pizza again - but not like they care Lol.

I placed an online carryout order today for a vegetarian pizza, but due to the store's negligence, ham and sausage were added to the pizza. When I went to the store to request a replacement, I was told that remaking the pizza wasnāt an option. Instead, the staff member simply removed the meat toppings with tongs and insisted I accept the pizza as it was. The person in charge of my order was very rude, and the atmosphere was unpleasant. This is the second time Iāve had issues at this location.
Additionally, I ordered chicken wings, and the quality was extremely poor. The taste was so off-putting that I couldnāt finish them, as the chicken seemed to have almost lost its shelf life.
I requested a refund for the pizza, but I was told neither a remake nor a refund would be offered. I was super hungry when I arrived, but after the way I was treated, I lost all appetite and ended up leaving the pizza at the counter and walking out of the store. As regular customers, my friends and I are deeply disappointed with both the food quality and the customer service. This experience has left a negative impression, and I will be advising others to avoid this store in the future.
Even i would like to add a -5 rating to the store.

Called to inquire. The children left me on hold and hung up on me. This is what you should expect. Obviously terribly managed if the children pull this on. Friday night.

Horrendous service, not only was i on the phone for 2 and a half hours, the delivery driver not only didnt call or care to ring the bell, but left mt pizza on the snowy ground. I now have a 2 and a half hour cold pizza, the tracker also had the driver sitting stationary for 15 minutes. Terrible service.
