I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit. I ordered two coffees and two donuts, but unfortunately, the coffee I received was cold and the milk had a stale taste, as though it had been sitting out for a while. When I tried to contact the restaurant to resolve this matter, my calls went unanswered.

I live around the corner from this location and I’ve got to say, this place is so stingy. I was locked out of my house today so as i waiting for my sister to bring me my spare key I popped over here to grab a cup of water while I waited. Mind you, my phone, keys, wallet and all my belongings were locked inside of my house. The workers refused to give me a cup of water unless i paid $1. Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve never been denied A SMALL CUP OF WATER ever but leave it to these people!!! You guys suck.

Every time I come to this Dunkin the people working in the drive thru have the WORST ATTITUDES! If you didn’t want to be at work stay at home! Their attitudes make you don’t want to spend money with this establishment and gives Dunkin’ Donuts a bad name! They have a big sign advertising a $6 meal but stated they no longer! I explain to them they need to remove that sign that clearly shows a $6 meal if they are not going to honor the sale! Get it together before I go back to Starbucks!

Hope all is well at this DD. I went through the DT at 950pm and they told me they are already closed. On the website and the window "open" sign being on shows store closing time at 10pm. Just wanted a cup of coffee...

Oof. I didn't know taking orders in a drive thru was so difficult, but maybe they should hire people with more skill. Don't cut me off in the middle of my order, and when I send something back and say this isn't what I ordered, don't argue with me. That's insane.

My go to spot for an Iced Caramel Coffee with plenty cream and sugar. No other location makes it better! The Reese’s BR ice cream is also top notch.
While the service is good and the employees polite the lobby and restrooms and seats all come off as dirty, and the restroom smells of urine. However the service area is always spic & span.

Consider all their prices severly gouged. Total ripoff even compared to other locations.

Asked for a small cup of water and they didnt tell me it was a 1$. Didnt give me receipt, and I just took myself the receipt and saw the 1$. I would be ok if she said its going to be a dollar, I was angry not at the dollar but the way they charged me and tried not to give me the receipt.
