I have been to at least 100 different Dunkin locations over my long life… and this one is easily the best. The staff always remembers my order and is so friendly and kind. If every DD was this great the world would be a better place.

Got the $6 meal deal and I specifically asked for white cheddar and I got American and this is the second time they messed up my order. I won’t be going to this location again. The workers look miserable.

I’ve been going to this Dunkin’ for about a year because I live nearby, and honestly, every single day I stop by for a coffee out of convenience, I regret it. I always order the same thing — a medium iced latte — but no one ever seems to understand or speak English.
At first, the price was reasonable. Then after a few visits, it jumped to $6. Today, I paid $11 for a basic, awful coffee. The cashier kept repeating something like “mimimi cinnamon?” about four times — I had no idea what she was saying. I just said yes because I didn’t understand, and somehow the price went up again.
But where was the cinnamon? There was none. So I basically paid $11 for a plain medium coffee.
The problem isn’t even the price — it’s that no one speaks English or Spanish, the price changes every single day, and the staff always seem to be in a bad mood. And the funniest part? There’s a huge sign out front that says “Smiles Face Apply Here.”
Super frustrating experience every time.

Asked for a Black coffee with ice to cool it down. Repeated the order 3 times. Pretty simple, only ordered the coffee. When I got it, there was no ice added and I burned my mouth. Coffee tasted like it had been sitting around d a while too. Next time I'll just go to a Gass station and get better tasting coffee and service, how sad

Friendly staff however they (likely the owner and his family) are particularly stingy. I order my regular drink there, and not only do they charge me slightly more than other locations (this has happened multiple times) but the drink isn't as good.

dude the people here genuinely need to get it together. i’ve been reading reviews and they are very stingy and tend to screw up orders. today, i went through the drive through and ordered a chocolate milk(that they forgot to give) and an iced chai latte. when i got my order i noticed that they didn’t give my chocolate milk. i went inside to see if i could get it and it turns out they didn’t even HAVE chocolate milk. and my chai wasn’t mixed right at all. all the syrup or whatever they add was allll at the bottom.

The employees are really nice and the medium size Oreo Milkshake was just the right amount that I needed. I will definitely come back here again whenever I can and get another medium size Oreo Milkshake for myself to enjoy and have a good view of what is exactly going on the road from the window. With all Oreo Milkshakes in general, I enjoy the Oreo crumbs and the milk mixed together. Always a very good feeling. The employees definitely know what they are doing while in the making of the Oreo Milkshake because it is just so delicious!

I ordered two coffees and two donuts, but unfortunately, the coffee I received was cold and the milk had a stale taste, as though it had been sitting out for a while.
