I came by around 2:00 pm 01/25/25 through the drive-thru, and at first, a Lady was taking my order; she was extremely rude. I asked questions about what kind of syrups they have, and she responded with such an angry no that it took me aback! Then, they switched to a male who was also equally as rude. I didn’t end up ordering and left. Trying to speak with people with no manners and decency is not worth anyone’s salt. I hope they have better days to learn how to calm down and treat customers professionally.

I have come here once or twice before and service was mostly good a 4 out of 5. Today I asked to use the restroom and was told I have to buy coffee first if I want to use the restroom. My intent was to get a medium coffee anyway but not here anymore. A mandatory coffee purchase should not be negotiating terms for restroom permission!!

I recently visited this Dunkin' Donuts location and had a very disappointing experience. The service was far from what I expected. The lady behind the counter was not only rude but also unprofessional. She was talking to someone on the phone and did not even acknowledge me standing on the counter or even saying hi be right with you nothing. After a few minutes of just standing there and not being helped decided to just leave the place not worth waiting for her and wasting my time.
It's unfortunate because I love Dunkin' Donuts, but this experience left a sour taste in my mouth. I hope management addresses this issue so future customers don't have to deal with such unprofessional behavior.

Don't even deserve a 1star. They have gotten 5 out of 5 orders wrong. Order for drive thru they're inside. I do double check the order. Today was the worst they have done. Ordered energy drink for my Granddaughter gave het the wrong one and it was full of chunks that looked like cirded milk. She went inside and the told her they ran out of the flavor so they gave her that. We dumped it because she almost threw up. My cat has more brains the the 5 women.

Do not go here. Slowest drive thru and they mess up orders.
10 minutes for 3 cars in drive thru. I gave my order 4 times to the microphone then 2 more at the window in person and it was still wrong. Avoid this place.

Multiple days in a row, my order has been made wrong. The first time I ordered an iced chai, and they gave me coffee. I am pregnant, I couldn’t drink it. Second time I paid for cold foam, they didn’t give it to me, even after questioning them at the window. No refund or remake. It seems like most of the people there have English as a second language. That’s totally acceptable, as long as you know how to read the tickets you are paid to make.

Every day before work I do shopping, today a colleague and I stopped by after work, we were in the establishment for about an hour, then we asked for the key to the restroom, to which we were told there were no keys, I asked for the keys to the men's restroom, the answer was the same that they wouldn't give me the keys since the previous client took the keys to all the restrooms... the worker said that the previous client took the keys 10 minutes ago, but no girl entered the establishment, then the worker said maybe 30 minutes ago... Didn't communicate in a friendly manner... It was not clear and not pleasant, she didn’t give time to think about the order, she was in a hurry with the order, I think this attitude was fundamental on her part, when I asked how the employees use the restroom, they told me that they don’t need it

I asked for sourdough avocado toast but they gave me egg cheese and bacon. I am a vegetarian and they gave pork to me. And the employee old bald guy is very rude. How can you serve meat to vegetarian.

Came here for an Iced tea. Staff was friendly. Easily seen from road. Has drive through service. Outside seating available. Located on 1st floor. High chairs available as well as tables. Pepsi products also sold in cooler. Was clean and bright.

They never get my order right despite shelling same bucks as other stores where I get superior service. I got iced coffee when I ordered signature latte, and other time wrap got messed up. Food taste lack consistency perhaps because of over heating or storage. They need to learn from the store on w Ogden Ave.
