Pulled up to order a drink and before I could even finish the first item I was ordering the woman yelled to pull around, so, maybe if you let people order things, you might make more money, just an idea.

Large drinks need a straw, the reason I'm on the drive thru is cause I will be sipping on my drink while driving, tipping this large drink into my face while driving isn't very convenient. And the supervisor guy in there needs a chill pill, very rude attitude to be in customer service.

Coffee is never consistent, always ask for extra cream and sugar and it always says regular cream and sugar on the label and tastes gross. Went to another local Dunkin and had a way better experience. Will not be back.

This Dunkin location is bad 90% of the time. They do not fully cook the eggs on their breakfast sandwiches. They are still cold and soggy in the middle. Super off-putting and gross. Every time I go I specifically ask for the eggs to be cooked extra hot, which they do maybe a quarter of the time. Bagels are inconsistent in whether they are fresh or not. Usually not. I don't understand how they can serve sandwiches that aren't cooked through. So nasty. Iced tea tastes like watered down olive juice. Even though this location is super convenient, I feel like I've wasted enough of my money here. Half the time we order a bottle of water they forget to give it to us.

The service has gone down hill, the employees are not friendly, the donuts have gotten smaller and my drink taste so different every time. I only go to this one because it’s down the street from my house and I have gift cards to use

It's definitely the worse DD I've been too. Coffee is watered down. Owners want to cut comers on coffee can't imagine what else is bad there.
This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been too. Multiple times I have order a bagel from this location and everytime it is one of the worst bagels I have ever experienced. They do not understand the word "Toasted". Every "Toasted" bagel comes luke warm like it was microwaved instead of toasted, hard as a rock like they are using week old bagels, and with cream cheese that you can tell they do not refrigerate and leave out in warm room temperature as it is a puddle of liquid once spread on there. I have tried to request "Extra Toasted" and it comes out a little black on some edges and the rest of it is a chewy, stale, mess. They obviously dont know how to set the right temperature and timer for the toaster oven or dont care to make changes to benefit their customers. The coffee and donuts from this location is also terrible. The coffee never has any consistency to it even though it is always ordered the same way and it seems to be heavily watered down. The donuts will either be stale or missing half of the frosting so you don't even get what you pay for. From all the other reviews of this location I can tell I am not the only one receiving this experience. I really hope Dunkin Corporate comes down on this location eventually because they do nothing but give Dunkin a horrible reputation.
