I've traveled around a LOT selling my wears and no place I've ever been has good hotel food, except here. Every year I always buy food from them. Super yummy and you get a lot of food for a decent price. This is the one time I don't have to worry about bringing food because they have options for all. Service is outstanding and the folks are super kind. So put your mind at ease and give them a try!

I ate the Entre Bar and Grill on three different occasions. Twice for breakfast and once for dinner. It is located at 3000 Warrenville Rd in Lisle inside the Sheraton Lisle Naperville Hotel. Plenty of parking at the hotel and convention center.Breakfast was good both mornings, but there service is what stood out! It was exceptional. I only wish dinner service would have been as good.For dinner, a colleague and I met to get a bite to eat around 7pm. I arrived first and sat at the bar because there was not bartender or server. There were a few folks dining and after waiting 6 or 7 minuets I asked a guy sitting at the bar if they were open and he said the bartender was in the back. It took forever for him to come out and I asked if I could have a table and I would be joined by a another guest. I went ahead and ordered and off he went. He disappearance and didn't come back till my food was ready. My colleague arrived and waited during this time and after 10 additional minutes just decided to work out. It was bad service.I had the Buffalo chicken tender though and they were amazing. Actually the best I have had in a while. Maybe the staff member was the waiter, cook, and bartender but whatever it was I didn't come back for dinner the remainder of the stay. I just didn't have time for all that and drove out for dinner the remaining days. Restaurant branding and name is not consistent. I had seen it listed as Entre Bar & Restaurant, Entre Bar and Grill, Entre Restaurant and Lounge, and Entre Bar.My receipts read Entre Bar And Grill and even though the place maybe having an identity crisis the food was really good and I would recommend. Two out of three dining experiences were really good and I had absolutely no issues with the food. Given all that, I would still say a good rating (4 stars) in my opinion instead of lower. Go try those chicken tenders and see what you think.

Poor Enrique was doing EVERYTHING by himself. He was great! Bad planning on their part one person swamped!
