The service is very slow, you have to wait 25-30 minutes for an order, please, managers, fix this situation, there are no customers, the number of your employees is 8.

I showed up 30 minutes before closing, and I was told that rhe grill was turned off and they couldn't create any subs!

I've been to a bunch of Jersey Mike's including different states but this place made the best sandwich I've had. Great/quick service, friendly staff and very clean dinning.

This is the closest jersey mikes to us, both times we’ve been here servers were short with us or just didn’t even acknowledge a customer had walked in the door, and a few times we’ve place orders for delivery they’ve been wrong.

Make sure to check your food before u leave here with it. Have messed up my sandwiches SEVERAL TIMES!!!! Got a veggie there today and there were out of green peppers and put the tiniest piece of cheese ever !!! Why would u even make my sandwich if the main ingredient is missing ? So dumb !! Need a refund. Employees are usually nice but were very rude when i told them my order was wrong. This location is slipping!!!!!

Edited to add, you pay $3 for 3 slices of bacon on a the big sized sandwich (which you drove all the way back because they forgot it anyways) joke of a store. Ill be going to potbelly next time.

I ordered on the app for the first time to save some time with in store pick-up. I usually stand in line and wait, which can take some time during a busy lunch hours - not the store's fault! I love the subs here, and I even tip at check out sometimes, which is crazy lol.
I was really let down with my online app order today. My sandwich was half the size than when I order in store! I love the subs here because they are decent size compared to Jimmy Johns and Potbelly. I'm really disappointment that I got cheated with my online order. Do better.

I ordered a large order for 20 people for delivery with a few customizations. The entire order was correct, fresh and yummy. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The manager is very kind and professional. Great experience.
