I ordered a large order for 20 people for delivery with a few customizations. The entire order was correct, fresh and yummy. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The manager is very kind and professional. Great experience.

Ordering online is pointless here. It says go to the pick up area after you place your order on the website. I don't think there is a sign there anymore that the area is a designated pick-up area. I go stand there. Wait patiently for the lady to finish taking payment from other customers and state my order. She says something but I can't hear with all the noise at 12pm and they might be playing music too. She then continues bagging other orders and I just stand there waiting patiently. She is not going to help me unless I go stand infront of the register so I try again. I get my order. No "thank you" or anything and speaks in a tone like I'm bothering her.

I've been coming here for years and the pick-up process is the horrible compared to Jimmy Johns. Here's a few ways to fix this disaster:
1. Hire extra staff is possible
2. Remove the wall at the pick up area. How can a short person see if anyone is waiting there?????
3. Put up a sign that this area is the designated pick-up area.
4. Hire one person whose job it will be to keep looking in that direction and serve those people immediately.

There is no point in coming here at lunch time with an online order. Just go wait in line and you'll be served faster instead waiting like a fool by the soda machine. My heart goes out to the manager he's always there when I come in and there's always new staff so I get it. But the process needs to be changed. I was so happy during COVID because you could just go pick up your order off a rack without having to bother anyone. I can't wait till everything is automated so I don't have to deal with rude people.

Nice variety in the menu. Watching the sandwiches get made (with freshly sliced meats) was a work of art. Food was excellent, fresh and tasty!

Poor and Slow Service, said it would be ready by 12:19 I walked out at 12:46 empty handed since I could not wait anymore, every single walk in got priority over online orders, its just ridiculous.

I ordered and immediately ate there, and yet my sandwich bread was entirely soggy. As in completely soaked through, falling apart liquidy. Maybe this would be fine if it was soaked in flavor but the portabello mushroom and swiss had no flavoring and you're not offered add-ons to opt into seasonings or condiments. Overall very disappointing and I threw away half the bread in the end.

I ordered a roast beef and provolone sandwich: the provolone slices were so thin you could see through them, and the sub in general was extremely bland and nondescript, certainly not worth what I paid for it.Avoid.
