I ordered and immediately ate there, and yet my sandwich bread was entirely soggy. As in completely soaked through, falling apart liquidy. Maybe this would be fine if it was soaked in flavor but the portabello mushroom and swiss had no flavoring and you're not offered add-ons to opt into seasonings or condiments. Overall very disappointing and I threw away half the bread in the end.

I ordered a roast beef and provolone sandwich: the provolone slices were so thin you could see through them, and the sub in general was extremely bland and nondescript, certainly not worth what I paid for it.Avoid.

This place is so unorganized. Whomever is managing this place needs to get ahold on their store. There is no consistency with ordering the food, telling the person what you want, and getting your food in an acceptable manner. They need a better system for their customers and they need a smoother transaction process. The employees seem stressed and it is causing them to be rude to customers. Not acceptable.

I've always enjoyed Mike's Subs, subsequently, we frequently use Mike's as a source for our training session lunches. We purchased 23 sandwiches today, most were number 7's at a cost of $230.00. As the students started unwrapping their sandwiches, they started complaining that there was only one thin slice of meat on their sandwiches. Mike's claims to be a "cut above," does this sandwich look like a cut above to you? In fact, this is a regular, look how small it looks Never again, there are much better choices than Jersey Mike's for sandwiches.

I have been going to this location since it opened several years ago. My past three visits have been the best. They must have changed the process/recipe for the bread used for the sandwiches since they are now much softer than they used to be. I can actually chew my sandwich rather than just eat the meat and toppings. I submitted an online order to pick up, because I needed food fast before heading to an appointment. Not sure if there is a problem with their online order system or the people fulfilling the order, but there were problems with pretty much everything I ordered. We customized the sandwich orders and none of the customizations were done (lettuce when we requested no lettuce, peppers were missing when we added peppers). I ordered chips which were not included. I ordered a root beer and received a cream soda.I'm not going down to 1 star, b/c the food was ready quickly. And despite not being exactly what we ordered, the food was tasty.
