my boyfriend ordered us two number 11s- and we got two number 2s instead. We weren’t upset, we nicely went up the cashier and told her she got our order wrong. She said it was a mistake from our end because she misheard him say two number 2s. I know my boyfriend said two number 11s because i was right next to him & i would’ve corrected him is he was wrong. Please be kind and own up to your mistakes instead of blaming customers!
