my boyfriend ordered us two number 11s- and we got two number 2s instead. We weren’t upset, we nicely went up the cashier and told her she got our order wrong. She said it was a mistake from our end because she misheard him say two number 2s. I know my boyfriend said two number 11s because i was right next to him & i would’ve corrected him is he was wrong. Please be kind and own up to your mistakes instead of blaming customers!

I just had an experience with a lady that worked at this Jimmy John's who was in my opinion very intoxicated on something. She tried to take my order but was having difficulty when I asked her if she was drunk or something she mumbled took off her apron and left me at the counter without completing my order from there the manager had to stop what she was doing and finished taking my order when I received my food and I left to go back to my car the intoxicated Jimmy John's employee started to harass me I walked back in and told the manager that I was trying to go back to my car but she the intoxicated employee decided to harass me to my vehicle I told her the manager that I just wanted to documented I'm going to go back to my van and drive off I will never come back here I just wanted to get something to eat and be on my way and just like most people they do not need the extra drama with situations like this. Very disgusted with the situation but I love Jimmy John's so I just won't come back to this location.

Very disappointed I spent 8 and some change and there is only 3 very thin slices if turkey very little toppings I will not order from here again ?

Rushed over on Friday to make 8pm closing time. Got to store at 7:55 and the door was locked. The 2 people inside motioned for me to go away. How about observing 8:00pm or changing the closing time to 7:55. Between this and the many times the bread on the sandwich was stale, I will be skipping this location in the future.

This is now the second time I've had an ordering issue with this jimmy johns. They've forgotten chips/cookies i've ordered and now have forgotten to add/remove items from my sandwich. :(
