Paid for 2 large orders of cherry poppers that I did not receive thru the drive through, tried to call them and no one answered the phone all day, this is left, try calling them, they took my money and didn’t provide the product

It's fine. There's nothing to say, it's a KFC/Taco Bell. The prices are lower than anywhere else I've seen, but sometimes they give you the wrong item or an incorrect order. Friendly staff, though.

You have sweet tea on your menu but the girl at the drive through insisted your sweet tea is raspberry flavored and there's no such thing as plain sweet tea. Chicken tasted old. Yuck place!
We were in a bind and we had some KFC, honestly I can’t remember the last time I had such excellent service at a KFC or any fast food for that matter the food was fresh, the attitude of the employees were perfect, including the person who took my order and the other person who gave me sauce

Very bad customer service! I ordered something thru door dash and the KFC manager called me and said they did not have ingredients to make my order! And she offered me 3 chicken piece with Mac and cheese and a drink and mind you I paid $18 and she was only giving me 3 of chicken! So I said cancel my order because the app showed me that if I cancel it won’t refund me! The manager told me she won’t cancel it for some reason and that I had to do it in spite of it not refunding me! Irony is sue offered me 3 of chicken nugget Mac and cheese and a drink in return if my $18 and then when I said you have to refund me my money she hung up on me! KFC is gonn not exist soon if this is how you treat your customers! Very disappointed!
