The Fox is our favorite breakfast place. Real home style cooking. And the owner is always so welcoming! Try the wonderful pecan rolls. And their bacon is better than anywhere else around! (Baked and crispy)

Staff is excellent. You'll never see the bottom of your coffee cup. The white gravy is outstanding. Joint needs to update. Terribly dated. C'mon guys spend a little (owner ) it will pay back in spades.

Great old style diner that serves breakfast & lunch. Went today for breakfast and all was good. Service was excellent. The location is easy to get to and park. Places like this are disappearing fast in the area, so it is worth the trip before it's gone. Don't be put off by the older decor either. Frankly, I prefer places that look like this versus the corporate-pre-fab-made-new-to-look-vintage restaurants.

Very attentive from Ms Angel. Host didn't get his name, sorry, very cordial at welcoming and at leaving . Cook paid attention making sure food was as good as if my son wascooking for me, and I could assure you i would enjoy every morsel !
Delicious low key breakfast after a 5K: My friend and I went here after a 5K at Morton Arboretum with two 4-year-olds. We both ordered a Mexican omelet with extra cheese. It was pleasantly vegetarian (no chorizo) and was extremely tasty. They were generous with the cheese (you have to request it for this omelet), and the salsa had a little kick. Our girls split cherry crepes and Mickey Mouse pancakes. All four of us finished ALL of our food. The atmosphere is a little old school or traditional diner, which we appreciated. The owner was there greeting people and handing out lollipops to the kids. Recommend for a delicious breakfast in a laid back setting.
