Umm, pizza definitely tastes different from when I last had it. Ordered a thin crust with pepperoni. Sauce and pepperoni tasted completely flavorless. House Garden Salad was completely different too. Kind of a big step down in quality.

This is one of my favorite pizza places. I love their thin crust. So flavorful.One time I went to pick up a pizza I ordered. They told me the pizza was burnt. They offered me a discount if I could wait for the pizza to be remade. So of course I waited. ?

First off, my buddy and I stumbled across this pizza joint by accident. To say the least we were pleasantly surprised. Great za. Good crunch, good pep (herby), sweet sauce. All the makings for a solid pizza experience. As a collective score we gave it a 7.55, which is a fair and honest decision. Will definitely come back a second time. We finished the pizza cold this morning, fantastic choice.

Very disappointed with my latest pizza from here. I normally love Lucano’s and always get a thin crust pepperoni. Excellent thickness, pepperoni under the cheese, perfect amount of sauce and cheese. But tonight my pizza was just so bland. Crust was too thick, pepperoni on top of the cheese, and it just tasted different. Not good at all. Might try once more in the future but if this is what they keep churning out of their ovens then they will have lost my business for good.

Solid pizza choice. Fresh ingredients. They used to be a barraco's which is fantastic Pizza. It's basically the same thing. Except I like barraco sausage more and I wish these places would make smaller sausage bites. I want a piece of pizza not a sausage sandwich. But besides that it's absolutely fantastic. I'm grateful they are here in Lisle.

I ordered thin crust pizzas from here and had them delivered and they were very good. Lived by this place a long time I shoulda ordered from here years ago. I will definitely be a new customer. The negative reviews scared me at first but they must be from disgruntled ex employees.

This is not the same pizza! Same restaurant name, but pizza is a completely different. Crust is different. Sauce is bland. Cheese is too thick. Ingredients are different. Even the way they cut it is different. If owners changed and recipe has changed, the restaurant name should change. It is very deceiving and very disappointing for long time customers. We have been ordering Lucano's for 12+ years! This is not our kind of pizza or what we expected - others may like it, but just not our taste. Another pizza place in our rotation bites the dust :( I urge the new owners to rebrand!

Been ordering from Luciano’s for about three years. Recently the pizza has been way different. Thick crust, no flavor, really thick cheese. Not the same Luciano’s I’ve had for years. Will be looking for a new place if they don’t change this back!

Every time I call to order food there they are out of food! Even pizza! I have been trying to order for a very long time. I have been at their other two locations and recieve excellent service! It is sad that I have to drive to their Joliet location instead of my Lisle neighborhood location. I have tried ordering a variety of food at the Lisle and they are out of everything. I asked once what they had and the kid on the phone said "nothing." So when we go to Joliet we eat at that location.

How is it that at 5:00 on a Sunday a pizza place is not making pizza? Why does the person on the phone not know what dinners are available or not? Why does the online ordering not work? Loved the Crest Hill location when I lived down there. Was happy to see there was a location here in Lisle and have tried multiple times to order from here and food is never available. Not going to waste my time anymore.

I have always loved Lucano's pizza. Our go-to is extra thin/extra cripsy. the last several times I ordered I thought maybe i screwed up as the crust was NOT extra thin and had a very dense texture and taste. This last time i made sure I was very clear on our order. Again the crust was not the nice crispy flaky crust we have had over the years. the toppings and sauce were still very good. unfortunaltey it tasted like it was served on cardboard. Time to find a new got-to pizza place

The service and quality keep declining at this location. I got there at 4:10pm and it still wasn't ready. Edges of the crust are burnt and the staff is rude. Going elsewhere, sorry Luciano's you've lost my business.
