(Employees were hiding from us in the lobby like children)Worst McDonald's. I came about 15 to 10 min before close and they didn't answer the drive thru after I sat there for a couple minutes, I drove to the front to try and come inside and I saw what I thought were two kids playing hide and seek in the lobby(which was closed). Surprise... they were not children, they were the employees hiding from us while crawling on the ground and trying to hide behind walls, tables and chairs. We then called them and they answered the phone and we barely sat two words before they hung up on us. I also work in food service and this was just unacceptable and disappointing to say the least. The two employees that I saw (pretty sure one was the shift lead) should be fired.

I place an online order for a DBL QPC DLX and a 10 piece nuggets. I walked over there about 5 min walk from work and picked up my food and walked out, when i arrived to work the nuggets were old and the burger was a missing a patty.I walked back, explained the situation and was comped a new order.When i arrived back to work the Nuggets were better but the sandwich was horrible. Burnt to a crisp and crunchy as hell.I wouldn't recommend this mcdonalds, the service is ok but the overall satisfaction from this customer is not good. I will be certain to take my business elsewhere. Beware people, my stomach is still upset from this poor quality experience. Maybe just a water next time.

Ordered 7 Mcflurries and asked that they put them into 2 drink carriers. They put 5 into 2 drink carriers stuck together and 2 separate ones to carry in 2 hands. Gee I think common sense has gone out the window. Why not put 3 flurries in one container and 4 in the other.

It took 40min to get through the line outside and then they messed up the order and somehow they seem to have missed 3 quarters of the burger with the sauce… I didn’t want a seasoned box with a burger that looks like a hockey puck with nothing on it, for a $5 burger at least you could put the sauce on the burger and not the containerAlso nice touch with the nothing on the chicken sandwich it’s nice to know that mc Donald’s is now making everything plain

Missing an order of fries and my burger came out of the bag half squashed and hanging out of the box (see photo). They had me park and wait for my drive-thru order and didn’t bring my drinks. The employee went back in and brought them to me once I told her they were missing. I didn’t check the bag until I got home. I guess I should have. The whole purpose for using the drive-thru is because I didn’t have time to stop for food elsewhere. I’ll remember not to return to this location again.

Is quick service, My 5 year old waved and said hello to the clerk from the back seat and she waved and said hello back very friendly made my day. It's the little things. Food was not 100%, but pretty fresh.

Got home(3 minutes away) and everything was ice cold except my quarter pounder. Extremely disappointed. Fries and chicken were like they were sitting out for awhile.
