So so bar. At the time they seemed overwhelmed for a Tuesday night. The area was dark but I'm sure that had something to do with the fact that they had no working TV's. The service was slow and by the time they finally decided to change the keg, the server forgot what we ordered.

Food terrible. I cant even say its food. Beer selection poor and its 7$. Surroundings..at least repaint walls. The only thing that saves the place live music but still I will never come back.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!! I had a very attentive server. Not his fault, my burger came out well done instead of medium rare. He immediately offered to make another one, at no charge. Amazing service, manager came over and apologized. Give this place your business-they earn it!!!
This was about my 4th visit, and it was hit and miss. I ordered the Cobb salad, the same item I did last time, and it was not good. Fair, but nothing like the last visit. Staff is friendly and attentive, but the food needs work to be consistent. Also, the place needs a good cleaning. I realize it's a bar, but the tables could all use a good wipe down, including the menus. They were laminated, but needed to be cleaned or replaced. My companions ordered sandwiches, which looked better than my salad.

Fun night Wednesday playing trivia. Service was quick, as long as you caught the server. We had 7 at our tables, so maybe it was just cause we were talking, but seemed like they'd take one order and they'd be gone.... But I got my beer quick. It was just hard for us all to get our orders in. Other than that, food was good, place was clean. Nice place....oh, and we got 2nd place in trivia and won a gift card to use next week. Good to try more apps then. Would give 4.5 stars if I could

Mullens is a typical neighborhood bar. They do a good job of scheduling events to keep people coming - I love Wednesday trivia. It's pretty clear the place is not well cared for, though. Things go a while without fixing. Two years coming here and they've yet to update the menu. (The food is pretty mediocre and obviously microwaved.) It smells like gas when the heat goes on. The lights flicker and go lighter and darker when they plug in the speakers on stage. A little TLC and a new menu would go a long way.

I've seen bands perform there, played bar trivia, eaten dinner with family, had lunch meetings, met for after-work drinks with colleagues, and attended parties. Every time I've been there, I've enjoyed myself thoroughly. The food is a huge step above the usual bar-and-grill fare, always delicious and served quickly in generous portions that allow for sharing. The space is large enough to accommodate sizable crowds without feeling crowded; it's a good spot for a work party or similar function. I've always had excellent service and have enjoyed every single item I've ever tried from their menu. It's a great local hangout with something for everyone.
