A friend and I were in the area and had some downtime so we stopped by. The cookie butter taiyaki was so amazing! We live about an 1.5 hrs away(Chicago) and we have been racking our brains to find an excuse to come back! 10/10 we are planning to come back

Lovely korean owned coffee shop. We have visited plenty bubble tea shops in the suburbs area but this one will always be our safe place. the owners and baristas are super attentive and friendly and sometimes will surprise my kids with a cute little doodle in their bobba cup ♡︎ my suggestion: hokkaido milk tea with lychee jellies and classic tapioca, strawberry and cream for the kids.

Decor is nice, menu has a variety of options. The problem is customer service, I visited this place twice once on a weekday and once on the weekend. Neither time was I greeted, the brunette worker is absolutely miserable. She looks miserable, she doesn’t greet anyone, she knows nothing about the menu. Her energy is draining, I should’ve left feeling happy while drinking boba. Instead both times I left feel depressed. The brunette worker needs to be taken off the register. Her customer service is subpar, she should be tasked with doing other non customer service related work.

I found it very unwelcoming and a little grubby tbh. You can see dirt marks all over door as soon as you walk in (in the morning) the staff were generally unfriendly and a lack of milk options were disappointing (only whole milk). Maybe it was a Sunday morning issue - but unfortunately this won’t be my go to place vs big box. Desperately looking for a good coffee shop nearby and this can place can almost be it as it’s close by but won’t be for me. Maybe it’s a better boba place ?
Boba was really nice! Got the Honeydew with strawberry popping boba and it was really good! Staff and service was really nice and quick. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area.
